They just wanted to know if I had arranged a payment plan. You guys didn't tell me anything about that and even when y'all asked me to file a appeal you didn't even send me the paperwork so I would like somebody to call me and explain that because right now I'm not I was under the impression that I could not get my chair. I dealt with them for 8 MONTHS and I still have no wheelchair!! For 8 months, they kept telling me they "were working on it" or "waiting for more paperwork from your doctor". ALL LIES!!! I found out that my insurance company closed my case in March, three months after starting with the NSM, because no one was working on my case. They even lied to me saying that my insurance company was lying to me or I wasn't reading the forms the right way!! I even dealt with the manager, who lied to me!! For 5 months my case was closed and yet, NSM was telling me "we're working on it. It takes time". I've had 25 surgeries, most being on my spine. I am disabled and they still don't care. I called their headquarters in Tennessee and left numerous messages. Not 1 return call. The local store in Ohio never returns calls either! If you want to file a grievance, you have to write them a letter, put a stamp on it and mail it! In 2025, they don't allow grievances to be sent by email?!? HORRIBLE COMPANY

This means that you use multiple SaltPods for one treatment. Equate Comfort Flow Bottle Nasal Wash System is far superior for $7.54 vs the over $150 I paid for the Navage and SaltPods. My Navage is trash and the company is not willing to replace this faulty product .
