Long story short....they waited until 7 hours later, and then called the recipient and not only told them that they had flowers coming, and ruined the surprise...they said since it was the delivery mans birthday...(the owner Sherrys husband) so they wouldn't be delivered until today.....I have spoken to several reps for the company...the owner refuses to call me back....very rude and have made up several stories to not cancel and refund... #worstcustomerserviceever
