Never have I seen so many plants, let alone orchids, in my entire life. Spoke with the owner who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (obviously!). This is where I learned Chadwick's has 2 storefront locations... along with their greenhouses!!! Super impressed! The selection is out of this world... so many beautiful options. Jubilant Nursery is a PERFECT example of locals spending money-locally! I bought all of my garden vegetables here today, and spent much less than I would have an a big box store! That kind of seems to go against logic doesn't it? Wrong!! Not only did I spend less money, but everything was grown locally, from seed. I see some ways in which the owner saves money. All the plants don't have frou frou little pictures and guides in each pot to tell you what to do. As the plants get more mature from seed the nursery puts a stick in each pot with a number that correlates to a chart in each greenhouse to tell you what that plant is. I bought several hybrid tomato plants today that I have never seen or heard of at any other nursery or big box store. Also to save money here there are no bells and whistle's, you go into the greenhouse, pick the plants you need and go on. The owner, Brian, actually met me at my car as I got out, and asked what I was looking for and how he could help. He's very familiar with everything inside of his nursery and what he grows. "Daffy" the family pet, also greeted me. She's a very cool duck that will let you pet her! My kids loved this. Not that I'm old enough to remember, but this place kinda reminds me back in the day the old gas stations that when you would pull up to get gas all the attendants came out to take care of your car while you were filling up. Keep in mind they are only open about 3 to 4 months out of the year. Once they run out of locally grown vegetables and plants that's it till the next year-they are done. What a great local place! If you're ever near Midlothian and Providence Road give them a try for your gardening needs!

The gentleman that assisted us immediately found a couple candles, which would have been enough, but he also brought us to a table in which they had a new scent. The scent was perfect. They had not yet named it so they were nice enough to print us a custom label. There was also a young man there starting his own line of body butters and scrubs, TMOORE CREATIONS. It was not difficult to support this young entrepreneur as there were a few different scents and we ended up getting the cotton candy scrub. We also made sure to scan their QR to keep updated because the entire experience was great. Oh and I even found out they do candle making parties. If you are looking for a way to get people together for a custome event, think of this.
