Absolutely horrible and disappointing. I placed an order for a delivery on Mother's Day, May 10, 2026. I tracked the order throughout the day and was continuously receiving the message that "the driver is five stops away". Although they did not make the delivery or contact me, they managed to charge my credit card for the full amount. I tried contacting the store the next day and no one answered the phone. I finally was able to speak to someone after hours of trying, whom took my name, phone number and order number. I was told I would receive a return phone call the following day from the manager/owner. It came as no surprise that they never bothered to call me back. I had to finally reach out to their corporate office and after holding for 28 minutes, was able to speak to a representative. I was being generous with one star. read more

I'm very impressed and grateful to this establishment as I placed an order for mother's day only several hours before I wanted the delivery for my mom and they made it happen! When I placed the order I knew it was a long shot but asked if the delivery can be made before 2pm as my mom is usually only available to take the delivery in person before that time. Here's ANOTHER ONE of MANY FULFILLMENT COMPLAINTS YOU WILL FIND WITH THIS LOCATION CUSTOMERS BEWARE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have loved EA for special occasions. Have spent several hundreds of dollars with them if not thousands. Of course the time they decide to ruin it for me is Mother's Day. I placed an order for my wife including delivery cost (which of course if they can, they will, overcharge for a day like this). I am now receiving confirmation of a 5/13 delivery date which was not what was selected. If you cannot fulfill your massive amounts of orders on a holiday then you should not be allowed to take peoples money anyway and make them have to do the legwork to get it back after you make a mistake. I left a voicemail & email already but just wanted to make sure I am heard on this. Not only compensation I want, but more. Ruining a special occasion is irreversible. Absolutely horrible location. I put an order in for 12:30 on Mother's Day and sent a friend to pick up the order. I understand there is probably a longer than normal wait due to high holiday traffic but when we got there at 12:30 I was told it would take an hour. My friend came back after an hour and a half and it still was not ready. My friend was one of maybe 10 others in this store still waiting for orders that were placed for hours ago. Finally got the order at 2:30! Do not offer a time slot if you are unable to fulfill it. Ruined the whole day for the both of us. read more

Unacceptable service. Arrangement was ordered Monday 9/7/20 for Mother's 80th Birthday on 9/11/20. No delivery. Was sent a computer generated email. (Unsuccessful delivery). No delivery attempt. We sat home all day waiting for delivery. Tried to contact them for two days. No one answering their phone during business hours. A red flag. Very disappointed. This place is freaking horrible, I've was supposed to get something delivered as a special delivery, the person never received it, I was told the driver was behind, they can deliver it the next day, the next day no one never delivered again, and I was told the van broke down for a few hours, I asked for my refund and now in my email, it's giving me a partial refund, which they are stating they had given me the full refund, the person answering the phones is very rude, I had a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend them at all. read more

My husband never told my daughter about my prior experience (as I told him to!!), so unfortunately for me, my daughter sent an even bigger arrangement for my birthday. It arrived with a Thank You balloon instead of anything birthday themed. Come on already! The card reads Happy Birthday Mom, no excuse for the wrong balloon. Its a Monday, no Holiday, how many orders do you possibly have! It ruins the experience for the receiver to get a weird accessory - like the Christmas cup in the Mothers Day arrangement. The chocolate coating was improved from the last arrangement, but the fruit still has issues. The honeydew melon was under ripe and hard as a rock. Cantaloupe was just ok, not much flavor. Strawberries were juicy but strangely not much strawberry flavor. Pineapple was good, grapes were average. I DO NOT want a replacement! I finally told my daughter myself not to get any more Edible Arrangements for me! She is upset, these were not cheap, but I don't want to her to waste money on things I throw away. I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service. Family members were stranded at a local hotel for a few days because of a snowstorm. I wanted to send something that would cheer them up. I contacted Edible Arrangements in Bensalem and was informed that they were not sending drivers out because of the inclement weather and dangerous road conditions. I explained that the hotel was on a main road and the person with whom I spoke said that when her husband came in later in the day, he would personally deliver it to the front desk. The staff are very trashy and ghetto. I placed my order online about 6 hours prior to pick up. Stood around in store an additional half hour waiting for my order. The girl behind the register had a black eye bigger than spud Mackenzie. She was asked a question from a customer which she couldn't answer. She made it clear to the customer that it was her first day and had no clue what to say. She walked off cursing under her breathe. Then another girl came out of a door and started yelling back that there were a ton of people in the lobby waiting to be attended. You can here all the cursing going on. Go elsewhere. read more

I created this Yelp account for the sole purpose of bashing this pathetic excuse of an establishment. I went online today (at 12:30pm) to place an order to be picked up by 1:30. I get there by 1:20 and call to say I'm there, and ask if they have to run the order out to me, or if i am permitted to enter the store. The girl on the phone says "no, we bring the order out to you. Can you tell me what kind of car you have?" So i tell her. She says "ok i just need 10 more minutes." Twenty minutes go by and i decide to just walk my 8 mos pregnant ass up to the door. A tall dirty looking man opens the door and greets me with "What, did you think I was gonna bring it out to you?!" I stare at him in shock for a second and respond with "ummm the girl on the phone told me the orders get brought out to you, and had me waiting 20 minutes." He rudely says "yeah, we bring it out to HERE" (and points to the front of the store). I said "she told me it gets brought out to the customers car." He says "well, she's wrong, we don't." I grabbed the bag and walked away, daydreaming about punching him in the face. The website is easy to navigate and easy to shop and purchase. The hours of delivery are convenient and easy to schedule. Prices are better than other companies and the amount of fruit for the price is more ample than competitors too! I ordered the Happy Mother's Day bundle for my mother and set it up to be delivered on Monday 5/11, my brother in law received the delivery but was only delivered half of what I had ordered. Called the next morning to complain since we did not receive the strawberries or the balloon that was included, was told they were to be delivered that day, did not receive them. Called again and were told they were going to be delivered the morning of 5/13. Did not receive them till the afternoon and they were definitely the same strawberries that were suppose to be sent with my original order because they were not ripe and beginning to turn brown and still did not get the balloon. Not only was my gift to my mother ruined but two days later and they still can't get my order right...will never use this store again. read more

I went into the store b/c I was craving some chocolate covered strawberries. I was greeting by a worker who happily showed me ALL the different selection I could possibly get for a dozen chocolate strawberries. I just decided to go with the basic dark chocolate covered strawberries. She asked me if I wanted them delivered & I felt bad by putting her "on the spot" asking if I could have the " same day." She showed nothing but kindness and wanting to please me as a customer; that she told me that she could have them done for me if I returned to the store in a half-hour. When I did, they were nice and cold, ready for me to pick them up. I got home and opened the box and the were absolutely "perfect!" Nice, plump strawberries that were nice and ripe! They hit the spot for my craving! The ONLY reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is b/c it costs me a little over $30.00 for a dozen, basic chocolate covered strawberries.
