I placed an order from the store in Brockton Ma, for my niece birthday. I ordered the gift set that includes, one red rose, one baloon & 5 cupcakes + an additional card I paid for too on the side (see image below of gift set order) Unfortunately, they sent her partial of the expensive order I placed. Missing was, the red rose & two cupcakes (see image below of missing items) . I complained about it, they never reached out. I am owed a partial refund which I know I ain't receiving. While looking for the card, "Who sent this?" Everything is lovely in Fruitsville. Fruits, Chocolates, cookies so on and so on. Who doesn't enjoy Edible Arrangements. I gave them four stars because: 1) The fruit comes and it's not that fresh or 2) Within two days, the fruit began to go bad. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would have! I placed and order and specifically requested delivery by 3PM for a graduation party. The order was placed on line and forwarded to the Westgate Brockton store. I received a confirmation of the order. When we left for the graduation ceremony at 5pm the order had not been delivered and it was unable to be tracked on line - confirmed but no further details were available. After graduation at the order had yet to arrive. When I called the store to determine what had happened (since there still was no confirmation of delivery on line or by phone or e-mail) the associate was very rude and said it had been left on the doormat "sometime after 7PM and suggested that perhaps I didn't know how to use the website." As a business owner myself I was appalled at her arrogance and dismissive and disrespectful attitude. I would NEVER suggest that anyone use this location. read more

Oh, my gosh! Today I received an edible arrangement as a gift. First of all, the beautiful fruit bouquet was delivered right to my door. It. was lovely -- with fresh pineapple, strawberries, canteloupe, etc. arranged in a lovely blue vase. I didn't eat this yesterday but placed the bouquet in the fridge....and today everything was healthy, delectable, sweet, and fresh. Surprisingly my experience was nothing less than amazing. I was skeptical at first after reading all the reviews but it was too late to do anything g about it since I had placed my order before checking yelp. I had placed an order on one of the busiest holidays (Mother's day) for my boyfriends mom and I was so sure that it wasn't going to get delivered at all after reading the reviews. I had placed the order on Tuesday to be delivered the following Sunday. I had called the store that Friday to make sure everything was all set and they were nothing less than polite and happy to answer all my questions. When Sunday approached, around 1 pm they gave me a call to let me know they were outside and it had been delivered. My mother in law LOVED it. So no complaints over here. I'm glad I went with my gut feeling despite the horrible reviews this location has. (Brockton) give them a chance ! Went in and spoke with Destinee about sending an arrangement on New Years Day for my friends anniversary. She told me they would be closed on the first but that she would be happy to get it out today for me. I was shocked she offered same day delivery as no additional cost. I ordered this special gift for an event that we were having at work. I was very disappointed as my order NEVER arrived. I called edible arrangement and I spoke to " The Manager " and she was very rude and very unprofessional with NO costumer service skills. I told her that my order never arrived and she said the driver left it on the first floor due to no parking when the instructions clearly said 3rd floor OBGYN Dept. I was never notified about the package been left in another floor. The package was found after 4 hours later from the time asked for delivery in a different department melted and watery. This is unacceptable, I am very disappointed with the service because it's embarrassing to present this gift to someone. My boyfriend sent me an Edible Arrangment fruit basket for my 40th birthday this week. I have to say that I was pretty disappointed. A quarter of the fruit had to be thrown out because it was bad. The pineapple was bitter too. Needless to say, it did not make for a nice gift after having to clean and toss so much of it. Worst customer service ever. I pre paid online for a strawberry box for Easter. I went to the store at 5 pm the day before as it stated for pick up time on the order and the lights were off and door locked. They did not answer when I called store or knocked. I went back at 8 am the next day (on Easter) as the hours stated online open 8-1 on Easter Sunday. Once again doors were locked and lights off. No answer on the phone. I waited for 20 minutes went to Starbucks and even came back. Still lights off no answer on the phones. I called the store Monday and explained to "manager" Christina my experience and how I even had to take photos because I was shocked they were closed when I had already paid for my order and listed as open and she began to call me a liar and state she would only give me a refund if I showed her these "proof" photos and that I must have used the wrong door. Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. Rude actually. If I was lying I don't know why I would waste my time and money drive 15 minutes away to another Edible location in Canton and RE PAY for another box in order to bring to my Easter brunch. Luckily the Canton manager and worker were very friendly and accommodating. Reading several reviews on Yelp and Facebook it is clear the Brockton store has been a problem for many others as well. It's a shame I was told I would hear from the owner a week ago re the situation and I'm still waiting! Sad this is the management running this store. I went into Edible Arrangements today to buy some fruit. First the woman (Julie) says she will help me when I get off the phone (I'm on with my kids asking what they want). Then she says I can only have one sample. I had tried a pineapple and asked to try a banana. Nope. I can only try one. Ok, fine. I'll just buy the banana and hope it's yummy. I chose all of the things I was purchasing for my kids and couldn't help but feel uncomfortable by her demeanor. I asked to speak to a manager and she replied "she'll be happy to speak to you because she puts that sign out for a reason, but she's not here." Ok, can I have the phone number? Nope. She just stares at me. I pay for my things and I comment that she should be kinder to paying customers. She replies "I said it with a smile". I ask for a bag. Nope. I ask again. She won't give it to me. I say she shouldn't be so passive aggressive and she says "it takes one to know one". Wow. Refund, please? She storms off talking under her breath and another woman comes out to refund me. It's fruit, people. Never again! read more
