We've ordered from this location a number of times. They always come out great and fresh. Deliveries are typically smooth and everyone who works here from the store to the drivers are always polite and friendly. Recently I had an issue where the fruit was left at my house with no actual knock or doorbell ring. I called the next day and they were super nice about it and offered to remake the order and send it out to us. Every business makes mistakes, but how they handled this mistake made it a great customer service experience for me. I highly recommend this location! read more

Ordered a Birthday arrangement and specifically requested that it be delivered early in the morning hours the next day. Called to follow up the next morning and was told they had no notes to be delivered early. Expressed my dissatisfaction when they told me delivery would not be out until after 1:00. I drive to the store and there was no apology for my inconvenience, the clerk was rather bland, handed my my delivery and that was it. No apology no anything. They did give me a molar balloon for free after I requested one. Basically had a take it or leave it attitude. 1 out of 5 for customer service. read more

I ordered 2 Mother's Day gifts titled "As Sweet as a Mom bundle". One for my mom and one for a friend. When I first went to pick them up at the store, I had to call them for a curbside pick up due to the current restrictions. When I called? I told them I was there to pick up my items and they said they'd be out in 5 minutes. Then, I called and a lady named Lisa answered. I said "hey I just called about my order", she asked " what's your name?" I said "Paul Carter, I'm trying to..." then she interrupted me saying "your order will be out in a minute" and hangs up on me. I was attempting to ask if I could ask to add something to the order. She could have waited for me to finish my question and told me know, but instead she interrupted me and hung up. I ignored it because I assumed how busy they were since it's Mother's Day. But come on, you're in customer service. How rude could you possible be. A huge part of your job is being able to speak to the customer. Then, I took the items I had bought and gave them to the proper people. I got a card for each person, and wrote them each a personalized message. However, the card for my mom was missing, and instead, they just made two copies of the card that I made for my friend and put them on both gifts. When I gave the gift to my friend, she ate some of them, and said they tasted like dirt. She thought she was being dramatic, but then she bit in to another one and it also takes like dirt and you could see the rot in it. Then she started looking closer at them and realized that multiple strawberries had rotten. How disgusting could you possibly be? These were what they considered to be "fresh" strawberries? I didn't even bother telling my mom to inspect them. I told her to just throw them away so she doesn't also have to taste these "fresh" strawberries! read more

I placed an online order for a friend who lives in Clarksville for her dad's passing anniversary. It was a really tough day for her so I wanted to do something nice. I got a phone call from the driver when they tried to deliver and they said they would take it back to the store and she could pick up. My friend also got a call from the driver saying her product would be back at the store ready for her to pick up by a certain time the next day. She went back the next day to get her gift and the driver had taken her gift back out to deliver even though they had specifically gave her a time to come pick up. I called the store and spoke to an employee who's name I cannot remember. She kept telling me there was nothing she could do and my friend would just have to go back to pick up her stuff another day. I explained the situation about my friends father passing and she called the manager, Pam, who agreed to credit my shipping. But for me it wasn't about the shipping it was about getting my friend to smile a bit on a really tough day. And all they did was cause her more stress. The only pros of this situation is that they credited my shipping and made her fruit display fresh. But all in all the customer service was just not all there. They could have done something on the day of so my friend wouldn't have had to go back a second time to pick up her gift. I have been to plenty of Edible Arrangements in IL and never had had issues like this. I hope they learn to be a little more sensitive to their customers situations. read more

I will start off by saying that I will not be coming back. Edible arrangements is already a bit pricey to begin with, but I was really disappointed this time around. I paid roughly 60 dollars for a fruit bouquet for my husband for Father's Day and majority of the fruit was wilted, or even rotten. It was very sloppy and poorly made, even my husband noticed. Completely embarrassing. The only fruit that was edible were the strawberries, everything else was garbage. I'd rather go to Walmart down the street and get a fruit basket. What a waste. read more

If I could I would put zero stars for their customer service. I placed an order for my daughters birthday three days before her birthday. The order was never delivered. When I called by the end of the day to the check on the status of the delivery they told me that my order got postpone for five days cause they have back orders.EXCUSE ME if u guys are really busy why would u accept new orders. Placed an order on 2/4 for $120 for a Valentines Day delivery. Being that I'm deployed, I needed this order to be delivered to make this day special for my wife. The order was never delivered!!! My wife called and spoke with the manager the day after, and she could careless- no sorry, no compensation, nothing. Was not satisfied with the customer service here. My friend got me a sweet arrangement for a tough time I was going through. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered to me on a Thursday. I was out late after work and when I got home there was nothing out of the ordinary. Naturally, my friend asked me if I had received anything special that day. I said no. She mentioned there was supposed to be something delivered. I double checked mailbox and door to make sure I didn't miss anything. I checked my voicemail and I did have a message from the delivery driver. The girl said she tried to deliver, I was not home so they would redeliver. I called the store the next morning and let them know I would be in that afternoon to pick up my delivery since they missed me the first time. They said they would have it ready for me, since I would be in a hurry. Got off work and rushed there. Once there the lady said there was not a delivery there for me. She was going to ask her manager to see if she knew anything about it. I was already a little upset, since they knew I was coming and in a hurry. Manager (Pam/Pat) said the delivery girl took it with her and that I could come back tomorrow (Saturday) to pick up. I let her know I was very unsatisfied with their communication. I was told it would be there when I came to pick it up that afternoon. Now I would have to drive back (15-20 minutes) out of my way AGAIN because of them. She never really apologized. I let her know I wanted a fresh arrangement made and that I would be back again to pick it up the next day. Nothing was going to be discounted or anything. I let me friend know what was going on and she was later told she wouldn't be charged for delivery. I would hope not since I had to drive there twice. When I went to pick up arrangement on Saturday it was ready for pick up and they did add a balloon. I had received things from this store before with no problem. EDIT: This review changed from 1 star to 3 stars, because they still have some serious work to do. We went back the same night and a lovely employee named Erica made it right. She insisted that we get a 12 ct box of berries in place of the cookies despite her coworker questioning her decision. She said that it was their mistake so they should make it right. I really appreciated that. So now we have 12 berries for the price of 6- that's 18 berries total! :) i noticed she had a great smile for all the customers when we first came in. Her customer service awareness made up for the weird situation and even the 30 minute drive back. I hope they keep her- she's worth it. ---------- Went to pick up a last minute Valentine's S.O.S. for my mom to give to my step dad. She asked me to go pick up some chocolate covered strawberries - the day of the holiday. I knew there was a chance they would be out of a lot, but when i entered, they had boxes in the corner piled almost to the ceiling for pickup and were still working in the kitchen. I didn't see any information on the walls or behind the counter about options, so i had to wait until I was at the counter to figure it out. The woman at the register showed me the already open catalog and told me their specials. She didn't seem very happy to have to tell me. They were selling 6 chocolate covered strawberries for $19.99. I decided to get a second box as a surprise for my mom (a total of $40). These were apparently prepackaged on the counter to some degree. As they were going through the transaction an employee responded to my casual comment about business that day that amounted to "I hope it's a successful day," with "Yeah. For the Manager!" It made me a bit uncomfortable especially since we all know that unhappy staff are a bad sign for a business. I got home (another 30 mins away) and discovered that the second box didn't contain strawberries, it was full of cookies instead! I called immediately and the dial tone went on forever- I literally sat waiting for someone to answer for 31 minutes. No one ever answered and this was between 3:30 and 4:00. Since it was the day of the holiday, I could understand some issues, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I've visited the edible arrangements on Wilma Rudolph in Clarksville Tennessee on February 14, 2020. The associate was very friendly and helpful but the manager that works there her name was Lisa last name unknown was very rude. I audit my arrangement around 130 today and was told by her that it would be ready after 4 o'clock. I arrived at 4:30 PM and my arrangement was not ready it took them or excuse me it took her 40 minutes to get my arrangement ready at which time there was no more hot pineapples. I could live with that except for the fact that she was very nasty towards not only me but other customers. One customer came in because her delivery from her husband did not arrive at her job before her job was closed at 4 o'clock so she had to come in and they still didn't have it so she asked for a refund. Lisa was not very nice about giving back her money. Other customers had the same problem with deliveries and a lot of the customers order was not ready for pick up. Also I requested to buy something out of the cooler but was not allowed to because they was doing orders to start the next day and they would not sell the ones in the cooler. So other than Lisa I gave kudos to her associates because they really try their best to satisfy the customers need without any help from her. I wish there was another edible arrangements in the Clarksville area so I would not have to go back there again so I will probably order mine and have it delivered from now on out as long as she is working there (Lisa). Called the store at 6:25pm to order a gift for the following day. I have never ordered from an edible arrangement before. Therefore, I asked for a few recommendations within my price range of $80. I didn't catch the girls name (not sure she even introduced herself). Alas, the girl closing on May 22, 2017 stated, "could you just look and order online, I am trying to close the store." In complete awe I just said thank you and hung up the phone. Needless to say, this girl does not have any understanding of customer service. That makes me worried about what quality of gift my friend would receive if I were to have sent her an arrangement. read more

The manager here doesn't have the best customer service attitude. Many times I've visited the store she seemed cold & not caring if I got the order I wanted. I came in today to order a dozen box of assorted fruit. When she placed the order she charged me exactly the cost & didn't give me any change. I gave her $40 To pay for $28.58. As I was looking around the store I saw the rewards program offer. I asked her about it before the transaction was completed, but she continued with the transaction while telling me about the program. I would've thought she would stop with the transaction so I could sign up & add the transaction to my rewards. I asked am I only able to sign up online. She told me yes at first, but then said that she could do right then for me. She said I could call customer service to ask for them to do a retro transaction so I could add my transaction. This is the only edible arrangements that I know of in town so I come here out of no other better choice. read more
