From the very beginning Mark was prompt, sincere, and came with a lot of great expertise and ideas on how to make our wedding unique! Her prices are not on the plants and this gives her the ability to change prices in the middle of a plant sale. She has listed the plants publicly on Facebook. However, privately she does not honor the stated prices, the price increases at the time of purchase, or she may sell the plant from up under you after you were "awarded" said plant. This is especially true in an auction if she doesn't get the price she wants. Although the auction is a no-reserve auction. If you follow her page then you may wonder why a PLANT shop would be surrounded by so much drama. Now I understand why. It is because of the unethical mean girl business practices that are regular occurrences when dealing with her. Once she "ghost" you, or claims she did not see your direct message, change the price on you, or doesn't honor her price altogether, as soon as you bring it to her attention, she will block you and report you to other local groups telling lies about you. She also will post you all over her group including your private information but deletes certain aspects of the conversation. When members call her out on these things, she "innocently" does not understand how she is culpable and refuses to take accountability. I am a previous buyer who has spent hundreds of dollars with her and has witnessed all of these things I cannot in good faith recommend this business. I will not continue to support a dishonest mean-spirited seller's business that bullies and tears people down.
