Ordered the Exquisite Pressing Petals for my Mom's birthday and had them delivered. I'd say they are 5 stars for the bouquet itself, but leaving 4 stars overall because the photo and description does imply that it would've been fuller and had more roses and lilies. I LOVE this floral shop! Twice I have come here to get a special little bouquet for my granddaughter's recitals. Twice I have been impressed and overjoyed with the end result!! Lovely people work here!! They are attentive to detail and go out of their way to work with you in getting the best arrangement! My granddaughter this time was a little snowman for her ballet recital. They created her a little bouquet that looked like a little snowgirl with greenery for ponytails with cute Christmasy bows. They listened to my request. I wanted a brightly colored spray to depict my uncle's cheerful personality, and that is exactly what I got! I needed some flowers delivered and decided to go to 1-800 flowers, but then figured I'd look to see what I could find locally through my Yelp app... I figured after-all that's essentially what they (1-800 flowers) were going to do anyway. So I came across FOUR SEASONS they had the best reviews with floral arrangements that stood out from the average flower shops. I called and spoke with Stephanie, she was most helpful over the phone I explained to her that I wanted a particular arrangement that I had seen online. She looked up the floral arrangement online and told me that they would be able to accommodate as well as deliver the same day. Ordered my daughter an 'It's a girl' arrangement to welcome home her new baby. I chose Four Seasons because of their ratings. The arrangement was pretty when it arrived. Only problem with it was it only lasted 3 days. I had bought some other flowers from the grocery store to cheer up the house along with this arrangement and the cheaper flowers are going on 2 weeks now. Yesterday was my 21st wedding anniversary and my darling husband called Four Season and ordered some flowers to be delivered same day. Unfortunately, I never received them but when my husband called the next day, they said there was a regrettable mix up. Today I received my flowers, a box of candy and a balloon. With deepest apologies everything was on them, no charge. After all the worst customer service that I have received lately by other businesses, I have to say that despite the mix up, they corrected in the best customer service way and to me that says a ton! I asked them to text or call me, so I would know it had been delivered. I have heard nothing.
