I've waited almost two months before writing this review. In the past, I have LOVED Edible fruits. My daughter sent me Strawberries for Mothers Day. They looked great, but the morning of DAY TWO they were gettting mold on them. I threw away the bad ones and kept the good ones. by day three all were terrible. I had followed directions, for keeping them fresh. I called the store and left two messages, so I also emailed corporate office. I rec'd a reply that they would have the store contact me. Here it is over a month later, NO RESPONSE, NO CONTACT, I can only assume they do not care. I will not order there again.... Pictures are available. read more

We ordered an arrangement for our daughter's first day at a new job. It didn't arrive that day and still hasn't a whole week later. We tried over and over to reach someone in the store to no avail. Finally Called the bank to stop the payment. Ridiculous. read more

This was our first time using Edible Arrangements and it was a disappointment. Writing this review I'm taking into account that Valentines Day might be the busiest day of the year for this company. However, my husband paid extra for the arrangement to be delivered and he even called mid day to check on the status. The arrangement never arrived. He called in this morning and no one answered the phone prompting him to ask for a refund online. Luckily my husband had flowers and Berries delivered as well so I was not out of a gift but for someone who received nothing for Valentine's Day because Edible Arrangements didn't pull through on their end, I feel deeply sorry. read more

I ordered the Cheerful Berry Bundle to be delivered to a co-worker. She received the strawberries but did not get the strawberry squishmallow that was supposed to come with the strawberries. So, i basically paid $67 for 12 strawberries. I have tried MULTIPLE times to call the store to see how they can remedy this situation and no one ever answers the phone so I give up. I am not sure how the place inside is because I had my order delivered. I called customer service and the person I talked to was very rude and didn't tell me an exact time when I would get my order. They couldn't tell me the time. We got the order when we came back and it was sitting outside for an hour. For the price I paid I expected it to be bigger but it was very small and I was really disappointed. Product never delivered. It has been showing as order received by the store for over a week now. Zero communication from the store. I have left three messages with the store asking for an update. Cannot even get a phone call back. Corporate initially was responsive on Twitter and said they started a case. They requested patience and guaranteed that the store would reach out within 24 hours. That of course never happened. They told me that if I didn't hear from the store in that timeframe to reach back out and they would make it right. Eff this place. I've told everyone I know what a shit operation this is. I stopped payment on my credit card to at least get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs. My daughter is a college student and lives in Chicago. She took her hard earned money from her part-time job and purchased a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered on Mothers Day. They charged her, the arrangement never came and we've been emailing and calling for a refund and no one will respond. I'm livid!! We've had to file a dispute with her bank to get a refund as we can't get anyone to tell us what happened or get a resolve! read more

I was very pleased with my large bouquet fruit arrangement from Edible Arrangements near Polaris. Not only did it look nice, the staff working today were very nice to me coming into the store. To me this day was super important. Not only was it Mother's Day but also my mother's birthday and so I really wanted to show my mother how much I really love her and appreciate everything she does for me. That really showed in the arrangement I had given to my mother today. It also had balloons attached to it which I thought was super cute. When I gave this gift to my mother her face was priceless. She was so happy because it was so unexpected and that's the way I wanted it. I wanted her to just feel loved and wanted her to know how much the entire family thinks she's a great role model. She has always been there for us through thick and thin and we appreciate everything she does for us each and everyday of the year. I was standing at Edible Arrangements and did ask some questions like what is the busiest day of the year and that of course is Valentine's Day, sales are booming on that day. Then comes events like today Mother's Day and so on. I really appreciate the staff at Edible Arrangements for not only taking the time to make my mother's fruit bouquet look great but also taking the arrangement out to my car. It was the kindest gesture I've seen anyone do for me. If you are looking for that special gift for mom, a special someone or any special occasion come to Edible Arrangements, they will really like it. read more

I don't know how this store can stay in business. For Mother's day, I placed an order for my Mom that was delivered 2 days late, incorrect and was left outside in 70 degree weather to have all of the chocolate melt. I tried to call the store numerous times to rectify the matter yet nobody ever answered my calls and my voicemails were never returned. Do not waste your money here. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's that was also my boyfriend's birthday- it was a combo gift. I placed the order on 2/4 to beat the Valentine's crowd. I received a confirmation that the store received. I order these all the time so I know the process. The day came and I kept checking my status but it was never updated to being worked on or out for delivery, etc. I called the store 5 times and no answer, it just sends you to a voicemail. I went on their site and out in a help ticket - never heard anything. I googled the corporate customer service - after an hour of waiting, the rep said he would call - of course no answer. He then told me to wait until 9pm since the store is busy and may be a late delivery. Never came. I called the next day, the store still did not answer! I called corporate again - another hour of waiting, the rep said he would put in another cAse and the store had 24 hours to respond- no response. Called again!! The following day to corporate and still fighting to get my money back!! It ruined my gift to my boyfriend because they could not handle the Valentine's demand! I have been a long time customer and never had this issue! I will never order again. Do not recommend. read more

Sooooo bad! My sister never did get the arrangement I sent her, owner was very rude stated someone should of been there even though it was stated to him very clearly that it had to be delivered by a certain time! Offered no solution other than "I'm refunding your money, order from somewhere else next time!" Took over a week to get my refund and that was only when I had my bank dispute the charges. Love this idea of fruit arrangements. So much more practical than flowers for many occasions. I have always been happy with the fruit that taste as if it was just cut and yummmm to the chocolate dipped fruit. Customer service has been so helpful on the size and suggestions for arrangements.
