The original day my order was delivered to the wrong address. It was after hours due to it being a busy Valentine's day, so I left a voicemail and a review. The next day, I had a missed call and voicemail from the store confirming the mistake and asking if there is a day or time to reattempt delivery. I went into the store in person instead of calling back, and was able to make an updated delivery plan for a day and time that worked. The people working were very kind and understanding of my situation. The follow up delivery was on time and beautiful. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day and we never received them. Now I understand that probably lots of people did this and I'm sure that they were swamped with orders but if you take my money and promise me a service, you need to deliver on that service. Also, make sure to read the fine print. During busy holidays, they reserve the right to be able to deliver as late as 9pm or 10pm in certain cases. This, to me, is unacceptable. First and last time I do business with them. Update: I tried calling their corporate phone number and I was on hold for over 30 min until I gave up. While on hold I also tried calling the local store and all I kept getting was a busy tone. Since I paid with Pay Pal I was submitting a claim to get a refund since it's impossible to reach someone at Edible Arrangements. read more

I called in with a same day order, when I called the 800 # I was told sorry nothing I could do to get a gift same day. 48 hours recommended and minimum of 24. I even suggested having uber eats or grub hub handle the delivery for me. The answer was still no! So I called the store directly in the town of Lancaster Ca. I ordered a Mother's Day indulgence platter to be delivered for my mom for Mother's Day. It arrived as expected. My mom told me that the grapes were moldy and she threw them away. When I contacted the store to let them know the grapes were moldy they said she could come in and pick out free chocolates. We're in the middle of a pandemic and my mom is immune compromised. When I asked if this would still be valid in say 2 months when she can leave the house they said no. I was offered $5 to be credited back to my card for the grapes. I would recommend not ordering from this location if you expect to actually have the product ordered delivered. I placed an order on December 9th to have a delivery made to a patient in the hospital. I paid $70.00 for nothing. EA will make no effort to ensure a successful delivery, even though this is a major part of their business model. When we learned it was never received, I called the store to inquire. I was placed on hold while the driver was contacted, who said delivery was made. The representative simple stated, "obviously, we can't take it to the room." I asked for a copy of the signed delivery receipt and was told I'd receive a call back. After one full week, I called again and was eventually told that a photo text of the receipt was sent on the 12th. I did not receive any text and no one bothered to call back, as agreed. I asked to have the POD resent, which it was. I asked if they would do anything about the fact that the recipient never received our gift and was only offered the inconvenience of calling back later to speak with a manager. Not even an offer to have a manager call me back. This store specifically clearly has no interest in brand integrity or customer care. This will be the last purchase I ever make from EA. My husband ordered an anniversary bouquet a few days in advance to be delivered at my office on my anniversary. They completely screwed up the order and didn't deliver the bouquets at all.
