The worst experience ever! I placed an order for a Father's Day Delivery at least a week in advance and they not only never delivered the item, they couldn't give me any information as to it's where abouts or if they ever even attempted to deliver the item. I had to DEMAND a refund... one was not offered, and you would think in good business sense they would graciously deliver the item and let the recipient know the mistake was on their part-Nope! Okay so let me start by saying I understand that there is a such thing as human error and mistakes but when they happen on holidays and inconvenience people it is utterly ridiculous. This specific location was a disappointment. I placed an online order before Father's Day 2018 and scheduled the pick up at 12pm for the Sunday which that time is 2hours after this location opens on Sundays at 10am. I contacted this location the morning of( when they opened) inquiring if I would possibly be able to pick up my order earlier than 12pm I spoke with a staff member named Julia, she stated the guy who delivers their fruit (bananas specifically which were a part of my order) had not made it into work yet and she would have to send him to pick some up when he got there. So she could not give me a definitive answer on picking up early and requested that I call back in 20minutes to check back to see if he arrived I called back approximately 40min later she said he still was not there. So at this point I'm okay with waiting until 12 to pick up my order, but still wondering is it going to be ready?! Your staff member not arriving with the bananas has nothing to do with me, what are you telling other customers with the same order and earlier pick up times?! I get there at 12 the order is still not ready and Julia is stating bananas just arrived should be a few minutes. I guess everyone has their own definition as to what ( a few minutes) is. It's 12:20pm still no order still no exact turn around time. I had reservations with my father and grandfather for Father's Day and centered my pick up time for this order around my reservation time. The reservation was given away due to being late and I requested a refund from this location because I wouldn't be able to pick up at a later time that day. I felt the staff working this day was unapologetic and not very empathetic or considerate of someone else's time they offered a complimentary small box but that could not change the fact I now have no gift to give my dad that was placed online the day before and have to find another place for reservations. If you do decide to go to this location DO NOT expect outstanding customer service skills or your order being on time. Life is time and time is valuable! read more

Excellent displays on time delivery excellent customer service. Manager was quick to fix an issue I had with a ballon in my daughters birthday arrangement. I received a call from Stephanie at this location and she was very apologetic and said she wanted to make me happy with my purchase. She personally took charge of the situation and told me she would personally handle the delivery and make sure her delivery truck took care of it. She gave me her number and told me to call her if I had a problem or any questions. I really appreciated how she handled things and she was very pleasant. Ok Edible Arrangements... I love edible arrangements and think they are very fun to give as gifts. My family absolutely loves them and its a perfect gift to give to all ages. I don't live in the area, but my family does so I love to order online and have them deliver an edible arrangement to my family. This store has been amazing with getting them delivered on time and fresh! I've only heard great things about their arrangments. I found out they had to re-do one that I ordered as a birthday/anniversay gift and I really really appreciate it. They called my brother to pick it up after they couldn't deliver it and (being my brother) he forgot and when he went in to get it, they made a fresh one. I really appreciate that type of service. This was my first time ordering Edible Arrangements, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I contacted the store directly and expressed my concerns about time constraints of the recipient, and while the manager was clear to express that they couldn't absolutely guarantee a specific time, he took note of my request and promised me he would do his best. Not only was the order delivered within the time frame I had requested, the delivery driver was very sweet with my mom and even offered to read the card for her. Everyone I spoke with at the store was friendly and helpful. The order was delivered fresh and beautifully arranged. I will definitely use this store again. read more

Avoid This Store by every means necessary! The manager of the store provided the worse customer service. They claim to stand by there product however, They do not. I have had Edible Arrangements in the past and felt the quaility was great. Once this store provided an arrangement my thoughts and view have drasticly changed. I will never use edible arrangements services. My anniversary was Oct. 1, hubby ordered the day before and nothing was delivered but they had no problem charging his card. He called to find out where the order was and was told delivery driver does not come in to work until 3:30, businesses close in my town at 5. He cancelled the order and was told they would give him 50% off to deliver the next day, he declined. Put in complaint and was told someone will call, never received a call so I called again and the stored lied and said everything was resolved. Nobody ever resolved anything and basically swept this under the rug. I have spread the word to never use this company again. I will now order cookie bouquets for all my clients, same price and better quality and service. Not old mushy fruit you normally get with these expensive arrangements. I have a lot of co workers who have now changed the way we do gifts for clients. read more
