I was going to order online but it only gave me the option of next day delivery and I really needed them delivered same day. So I called them about 2pm hoping they could accommodate me. This is second time I have received sub-quality flowers. First one was Mothers' day a year ago and second recently. I didn't complain first time. The flowers on first one were miniatures picked from back yard, instead of an expensive bouquet that my son choose online from out of state. This time the yellow roses all the edges rotted in 3 days while one pink rose was still fresh still attached photo. I received 6 different stores bouquets this time and all are lasting more than a week with care we give but not from this store! Very disappointed with our order. It bears no resemblance to what was advertised. They do have a disclaimer about substations when you are checking out so I wasn't expecting it to look identical but this looks like a completely different order. At first I thought they had delivered the wrong order, but the card is correct. I wasn't going to write a review initially, thinking this was maybe a one time mistake but I saw this also happened to several other customers today. Clearly they do not care about their customers if they operate their business this way. I understand it's Mother's Day and they are probably very busy, but if you cannot deliver the product you are advertising, why would you advertise it to begin with? Will not be ordering from here again and will definitely not be recommending them to anyone I know. Update-- I also would like to add that you receive no confirmation email, no estimate as to what time the flowers will be delivered and no confirmation that they have been delivered. I ordered my fried some flowers to be delivered on Christmas the system took the order I tried calling multiple times to make sure but no one answered. The next day I call someone answers and I tried canceling the order he tells me its to late because he is already by the area ready to deliver them, and I should call on Monday but I would get a fee . I ended up not canceling them and the flowers were delivered late and nothing compared to what I payed and ordered. On top of that I was charged $.70 cents more than what it said on my receipt. This is so unprofessional, disappointing and disrespectful of this flower shop. I have to agree with someone else's review here. I have a problem with this business with the fact that there's no notification after the delivery, unless you hear from the recipient. I also read an excuse from the owner on another person's review that since it's a small business that they don't have the tools to notify customers of whether or not the flowers have been delivered. It's 2020, this should not be an excuse. You can easily get the Rolodex with all the orders and type a quick email to let customers know about the status of their order. We are paying a pretty penny for your product. read more

Just how the other reviews say "if i could give this shop 0 stars i would" this place lacks customer service and common sense. I placed an online order for a beautiful bouquet under "Love's Divine Bouquet" totaling up $160.00 including delivery. I got these for my mother and when she received them let me tell you i was more surprised than her. The quality was ridiculous from their part. What you see online is definitely NOT what you will be receiving. I will be uploading some pics of the shitty quality they delivered. And to top it off I called the manager and she was rude and the last thing she said was " Mija, what do you want me to pick up the flowers because I am not going to refund you" like the money was the issue.... Great customer service, delivered on time, honored the teleflora price when I wanted to pay direct to ensure logistics were correct but OMG the florist designer totally went skimpy on the flowers- the spray was half the size I thought it would be and mostly green... doesn't matter what side we took this picture from - it should have been full and abundant of flowers from a 360 angle. Also, I payed an extra $10 for a custom ribbon (banner) and I wish it was positioned in a way that could be read - it was hidden among the green (because there were hardly any flowers) - three stars may be too generous but I'm hoping the owner will help make amends on the missing flowers read more
