Not sure why so many 1 stars here cause I got my order just as expected and on time just this past week. There were 2 workers there when I got there and the strawberries and everything were dipped well and I was happy with the results of what I paid for. 3/5 cause I asked on the online purchase to have the order walked out to my car and had to go inside. Have a knee injury that has me using a walker so having to walk inside wasn't ideal. Also the store itself is very empty of products and they could do better with appearance. Awful customer service! I really should've read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered on a Monday for a friend whose father passed away. Delivery couldn't be made till Tuesday. By Tuesday after 4 I got a call saying they couldn't deliver that day and they wanted to deliver on Wednesday I explained that my friend had been waiting all day for her delivery. I asked for her manager to call me back. (We live in a rural community and her house is gated so she had to be home.) The manager never called and when I called back at 7 there was no answer so I left a message. Later that night I sent an email and asked the manager to call me. The next morning I canceled my order online. I called the store ALL MORNING and ALL Day. I received a call at 1:00 from the deliver driver saying he was at the location and I explained to him that I canceled my order and asked him to have the manager to please call me. I finally got a hold of the store on Wednesday evening at 6:30. I asked to speak with the manager and the girl said the manager won't be there till Monday and I told her that I canceled the order and wanted a refund. She said she couldn't give me a refund because they tried to deliver. So upsetting! Needless to say I had to call my bank and dispute the charge! Such a pain. I've yet to hear from them. My Daughter bought me an edible Arrangement for my Birthday this past Sunday and when we opened it to consume the fruit we discovered a moldy strawberry and several pieces of cantaloupe & honeydew that were rotten. Now the person who put this Arrangement together had to of known the Honeydew and cantaloupe were no good... it had a smell and it was soggy soft not firm like cantaloupe and honeydew should be.. I'm talking wimpy soft. Anyone that works with fruit should know better and if they don't I suggest you get rid of them before you have a lawsuit! I ordered a Happy Birthday Platter for my wife's birthday. I was severely disappointed. The arrangement was very sloppily put together. The 3 pineapple cakes in the middle were stacked together making lighting their candles very difficult. The chocolate covered apple slices were no where to be found on the platter. The chocolate seemed almost poured on instead of dipped. This may have been partially due to the platter not being kept cool during the 1 1/2 hour delivery time from store to home. Also, possibly from sitting a warm car for too long, the chocolate was very gritty and the strawberries looked a little old. It was not a pleasant treat. Definitely not worth the $60 price tag. Please do not come to this location I placed an order on Father's Day to be ready by 1130, arrived at 12 order not ready advised order wouldn't be ready until 2 o'clock. I wait with my dog at Petco until 2 o'clock to a sign on the door that they were closed for the day. Never ordering again. Placed an order to the palmdale ,CA #780 location on Jan 24, to make sure I would get a delivery for my boyfriend who's on a work project for valentines day. I called a few days later to make sure that it was all set up, because I know that Valentines day is a busy day. I was told there would be no problem because it was a smaller order and that it would 100% be delivered. I was also not told that some of the medalions of my order were sold out until I called. The lady who picked up even said "no one called you about this order?". Which should've been my first red flag. Fast forward to valentines day. My order never arrives.
