Be sure to not get distracted by them handing you everything "but your change and receipt". I drove back across town to get $8.47 for this reason and the young man with a nasty attitude blamed me for driving off without it when he didn't give it to me. He did give me things I didn't ask for like salt instead of sauce, warm fries instead of hot and a soupy blizzard. I also waited at the window to ask him again for sauce but he didn't turn around. If I could choose zero stars I would. I had an arrangement sent to my husband at a campground on Valentines Day and the arrangement was delivered to the wrong campsite. I tried calling the store multiple times when we were unable to locate the arrangement that said it was delivered, left a voicemail, and no one returned my call. I left two customer service requests online and still no response. TWO DAYS later I was finally able to get ahold of someone on the phone. I was told that there was nothing they could do because the arrangement was sent to the address on file, EVEN THOUGH it wasn't sent to the correct location. Purchased an arrangement for a friend for her birthday, yesterday just for her to call me today and text me pictures of MOLDED strawberries & paid almost $100! Called and asked to speak to the manager just for Charlie Patel to tell me they don't give refunds but can remake the arrangement. I didn't want any more molded fruit, just a refund! Had my friend to return the arrangement, just for him to be rude to her for almost 20mins & I heard the entire conversation. He told her to shut up talking to him while he was attending to another customer. Finally received a refund from another cashier Jenny whom was very nice and concerning! I will never order from this location again. I ordered berries with a cheesecake, Mother's Day Special 3/9/2025, with delivery services. When filling out the online form, I placed the recipient's name and number for delivery. I was called by the delivery driver that no one was home and if they should leave it. I said no, but I also wondered why the recipient was not called. I paid for delivery, and if the recipient is not home, the policy states that delivery can be rescheduled and includes customer satisfaction. This occurred around 12:30 p.m. with no updates. I called this location, and the arrangement had not made it back to the store or delivered. I asked many questions and voiced my concerns about dissatisfaction. After every question, she placed me on hold to ask the manager. The manager would never come to the phone to address complaints. I was told I would need to come to the store to pick up the order and was not offered rescheduling options. I was told they were busy. I went to the store around 5:00 and they were closed, even though the location clearly has a website with store hours that are until 7:00 p.m. So the next morning I called again, to see about rescheduling or possible refund of delivery fee. The same staff member put me on hold again to ask the manager and tell me there are no refunds or guaranteed delivery. I went back to the store and asked for my order and to speak to the manager about my experience and to get more clarity on the policies about delivery and customer satisfaction. The staff member went to the back to get him, came back out and said nothing, only to leave me standing there for a person that was never coming. She then told me he was not coming because he was busy. I asked for his name, but never could get an answer. To leave a customer waiting on the phone is one thing, but have a customer who is now in your store and disregarded because of lack of satisfaction is another. My question is What would have happened if I stayed out of town and was unable to pick up order? No delivery and no refund. Corporations should watch who they franchise to and let represent their brand. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION I JUST ATE A MOLDED STRAWBERRY. Didn't notice it until after I ate it. My bf bought me a Mothers Day Platter on yesterday. They market they they have fresh fruit well it's not. It's heartbreaking cause this was my first time eating Edible Arrangements. We called the store an associate answered we told her about it she told the manager. He told her to tell us we could get 6 free berries worth $26. No we want a refund. Then I demanded he get on the phone cause y are u speaking through ur associate. Very unprofessional. He stated that the platter had to be half full. It's the next day after getting the platter we ate like 7 berries out of it so it's not half of it left. No sir we paid $89 for this platter I want our money back. I said after i bit into a molded berry I want my money back or I'm calling corporate. It haven't been 24hours so mold don't grow that fast on good berries. He stated it go through quality check. Basically calling me a liar and I have pictures. Like i told him well obviously someone up their can't see cause this was a regular berry with mold at the top. Never again and I want everyone to know how we were treated this is bad customer service. At this point I don't want no berry from this location. I want my refund. I didn't think to go through them cause I was so excited to get it on yesterday. Then this is a Fresh Company so who think to check them. Ugh hopefully i don't get sick. Placed an order on the 11th of February for and arrangement that would be a gift for Valentine's. I get a phone call from an employee stating that since they could not deliver on the 14th that I needed to pick up the arrangement. I called back and explained that I can not pick it up as I live in Texas. Then the manager says well you put in this number an we called it several times but can not reach anyone. I explained to her that I never put in a number and I have no idea what number they were calling. I proceeded to give her the correct number to call. Then she calls back and explains to me that after speaking with the recipient of the gift that she doesn't have a time window that she may be able to deliver the order. I asked her if I came to pick up the order would they remove the delivery fee; the manager stated no they would not. What happened to customer service and going the extra mile? I have used this Edible Arrangements several times in the past but I will not use them again. This can not be the same management that was there several years ago. I would choose 0 stars if I could. I have a gift certificate for $25 from Edible Arrangements that I received from my school PTO. I called to place an order and was told that they don't honor gift certificates. The owner said he didn't know anything about gift certificates except that they don't take them. Why would you sell someone a gift certificate if you don't plan to honor it??? I will certainly let my PTO know about this. The owner was unwilling to make any compromises or provide me with the number of someone I could call to talk to about this. Guess I'll make my own! read more
