I went in for Valentine's Day, and the options were severely limited. I was so surprised by the countless limitations this company seemed to have. The lady behind the counter, who they apparently trained in confusion and idiocy only, knew nothing. Every question I asked was followed with, "I don't know," or, "No." How about, "I'll find that out for you?" She said no countless times just to change it up from IDK. I was happy to find an edible arrangements close to my home but unfortunately this is not a location I will be using this holiday. I earned a reward today because of the number of orders I always place. I called the store to claim the award which in my email states could be picked up today. I do this every year and every year I pick up rewards around the holidays. This location told me they will not honor any reward for the week of Christmas. If they do not want to follow the same rules all other locations follow then maybe they shouldn't carry that Edible Arrangements name. I called another location and placed my reward order with them in addition to a new order that I will be picking up today. The other location was happy to fill do it for me. read more

I sent an arrangement for a friend from this location. It was delivered on time, perfectly arranged, with delicious, fresh fruit. The ordering process was seamless, I also received a confirmation call from the location to ensure they received my order. I also received notification of it's delivery. It was one of the easiest orders/gifts I'd ever sent, and executed without any issues. I will definitely order from here when wanting to send fruit arrangements. The good: nice arrangements. The bad: they can NOT give you a delivery time window. I ordered online and received a call the next morning reminding me that if nobody was home they will leave with neighbor but no delivery time at all, just sometime today between opening and 9:00pm. I thought I would try edible arrangements and I guess this is what to expect on all orders. Sadly, they got hold of my sick parents and told them to pick up the arrangements. Had I known this I would have made arrangements for someone else to pickup as my father should not have been driving with his condition. Never again will I order from edible arrangements. I will stick with flowers from now on as they're not only cheaper, but they do give you a delivery window. read more

Ordered a box of the "Nut Lovers Apple Truffle" and the "Delicious Daisy bouquet (dipped pineapple and strawberry)". Ordered them online, from Texas, to have it delivered to my in laws in Michigan for Grandparents Day. Got a courtesy call from this location two days ahead to confirm receipt of order. Was also told they will be contacting the recipient to verify someone will be home at time of delivery. In laws report that it was a pleasant experience, and that the items were beautiful and delicious. Therefore, I'm pretty happy with their products and service. However, noticed in the pic the in laws sent of it that the Delicious Daisy bouquet had more melons than the dipped pineapple and strawberry as they advertised. I placed an order online as a thank you for a doctor's office. I was impressed that a staff member called me the same day to verify the closing time since the recipient was a business. That was reassuring. I would give them 5 stars if there was a text/email to notify the purchaser when the arrangement was delivered. PLEASE READ My parents ordered an arrangement for their friend who was turning 80. The arrangement was for a huge party, so they order an arrangement that was around $150.00. It was NOT EVER DELIVERED!!! NOT EVER!! My parents checked with the birthday lady and discovered it was not delivered to her party. My parents then contacted the store and were told that they would refund the $150.00. THIS IS SOOO OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! My parents friend did not receive a gift from my parents AND this store did not even offer to send something as an apology. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! My parents were horrified. I have a few times dealing with this store and the staff is very polite and helpful. I felt their warmth and the products i received were flawlessly presented. So i would recommend this location and i will continue to use them even though they aren't that close to me because i live in between this location and the chesterfield location and this one has always done a great job! read more

Very disappointed in my experience with edible arrangements. We were surprising a coworker with an arrangement for Saturday and ordered it that Wednesday before. As soon as the order was submitted, our coworker got a call that she was receiving an edible arrangement Saturday. She automatically knew it was us and the surprise was completely ruined. What a waste of money. When I called to complain that she should not have been called, they said "it's our policy" and that's all I could get out of them. Everything is overpriced and I will no longer be using this service and I don't recommend it for anyone trying to surprise someone, which is the majority of the reason people order these things, and if you do, don't give them the recipients number and just hope that they are home during the time it gets delivered. read more

9/13 Just placed and order online, I had made errors in the addresses so someone called me to get that corrected. She was so curt and the tone of her voice so annoyed with my error. I apologized for the errors corrected them and then got a talking down about how they could not leave the arrangement of the porch cause it's technical summer months. It's not what she said but how she said it. I hope this order goes out as it should, she is not someone that should be "consumer facing". Even her voicemail she left me was rude. read more

Neighbors were out of town till Monday, I happened to be outside and told the driver that they wouldn't be back till Sunday night. Driver asked if I wanted to take it since they were just going to throw it away and they would deliver a new arrangement on Monday. Gave the neighbors the card and asked if they received a new arrangement, answer was no. She called the store and they told her a driver would never tell anyone that and that they only make one arrangement. Horrible customer service, in addition to being called a liar!!! The arrangement was beautiful and well received. There was no rush delivery charge to deliver same day as ordering.

So instead of telling me what I could replace without having an up-charge, this place not only charged me for an extra add on, they didn't include what was being "replaced". So I got charged for an item (full price) and they "replaced" it for something else that was already included in my order. That's is definitely not okay to ever cheat your customers. This location should be ashamed of themselves. If I am paying for an add on item full price, it shouldn't replace something else. Definitely not right. read more

The checkout and determining pricing is cumbersome and misleading and the cost is a bit exorbitant for the product received. After ordering an arrangement as a thank you I was truly disappointed in its appearance. It looked nothing like the picture and I was embarrassed. When contacting this store I was told they could give me a 6 piece box of fruit. My arrangement was almost $80 and did not feel this was much compensation. I declined the offer. The manager contacted me and said all she could do if I didn't want the fruit was offer $10.00 refund. She then spoke to the owner and I was told since the fruit was fresh there was nothing more they would do. So beware when ordering from this store. Their arrangements are messy and nowhere near the size you see on the website. What horrible customer service. NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN. read more
