It was very interesting.. I ordered a Oreo cookie cake for my daughters birthday... I placed the ordered it a week in advance.... Called a day before picking up the order.. the people didn't have no idea about my order.. the looked it up and said they couldn't see it... I called back and spoke to another lady 1hr later. She didn't know.. So the day of my daughters party, I called and spoke to another lady who happen to be a PM manager. She was helpful and obviously knew her job, cause she told me with certainty that my cake was ready and have BEEN ready since the day before and that I could pick it anytime.. When I got my cake it was massive.. a 24-person serving .... Needless to say.... I gave over half the cake to the servants at party....( not everyone showed up to the party) Delicious cake!!!! Very thick... which is how their able to put ice cream on top of a cake.... A small piece goes a long way after seeing and eating it.... read more

I'm giving this store a 3, mainly because it's hard to screw up ice cream, not because the staff is real worthy of it. One particular employee, who I have seen on more than one occasion, always looks like he would rather be anywhere, but in the store. Extremely annoyed looking. Every. Single. Time. It could also just be a case of resting b*tch face - and hey! I do that too! But a slight smile or a hello or a welcome might be nice too. I'd also suggest a 'form line' here sign or something. I was in just last night with my husband and we both got cut off by a loud woman on her cellphone and her child who just walked in. Not long after, while hoping to try a sample, another man walked in and he too cut us off. There's no way to keep a line formed if the employees don't speak or greet customers. read more

Can I give a 10/10!?! We have lived in the area for going on over 6 years already and have always had such a great experience! MOST recently we actually ordered a custom ice cream cake for my son's birthday and we couldn't have been happier, she matched the pictures we showed perfectly. It was beyond expectations and everyone was raving about it. Every time we walk in the door Natalie shows us such kindness and professionalism. She really is something to admire nowadays. In my life, there has always been Baskin-Robbins. It was the summer place for ice cream after baseball games or basketball practices or for special family jaunts. Years later, BR faces major competition from Coldstone and myriad soft serve, custard and frozen yogurt places but it's still standing. This store seems a reasonable representation of the brand. The kids behind the counter are nice enough; flavors are plentiful (no, I didn't count them); hours are long enough (open after 9 p.m. on Independence Day). The ice cream is not designer, nitrogen-cooled, infused with mix-ins or otherwise flashy but it is pretty good, far better than a package from a grocery store. Won't be coming here again. Poor service. Very stingy on proportions. A double scoop is more like one scoop total at the most. For $6 it's totally not worth it. Other ice cream parlors have far better service, reasonable proportions and you are greeted with friendliness whereas here you are disturbing a teenage girl from text messaging and you are not getting your money's worth. Over the years this Baskin Robbins location has changed management a few times. The plaza that it is located in just got a complete makeover, so the outside looks a lot more pleasant now. The staff is more friendly than before, but they still serve up the same mediocre ice cream. It always seems that they keep the ice cream at too cold of a temperature because you will sometimes has pieces of ice in your scoop. They do have a large variety of flavors, though. They now have cookies and they make ice cream sandwiches and sundaes with the cookies. I think it is a cool addition to the menu. It's close to my house so I'll just come here if I don't feel like going anywhere farther than walking distance, lol. read more

Very very poor service.. The girl who was helping me was so grumpy and made me feel like I was bothering her by telling her what flavors I wanted her to put in the 1 qt buckets I got. I walked in did not get a hello what so ever then after she rung me up I asked her if I could have a couple of cups and she ignored me the first time then I asked her again very politely then she just grabbed a couple and threw them In my bag like she was doing me a favor. I did not get a have a nice day or anything like normal people say. Instead she put my bag on the counter and walked away to assist the next person! I will never go back to this place again. Plenty of ice cream places out there that give good customer service without making the customer feel un-welcomed. read more

It's been awhile since I've been to a Baskin Robbins, but this place is just like I remember. Lots of flavors to pick from, makes it very difficult to decide. With all the outrageously priced new soft serve pay by the ounce establishments popping up everywhere, these prices are a sigh of relief. read more
