It is the talk of the town store, to walk inside and to shop slowly with a mini basket or shopping cart with lots of cash since YOU WILL fill it up due to low prices ! :-) SIGN UP ahead of time for email notification sales and receive a $10.00 off Coupon. My updated review today is still a 5 star shopping store that has been remodeled during COVID. The departments are organized with so much more room with fulfilling inventory for your household needs. Christmas Tree Shops sells: Bed & Bath, Home Decor, Furniture, Lighting, Toiletries, Everyday Market Items Non-Perishable & Perishable such as cookies. Coffee, Teas, Soups Snacks, Kitchen & Dining needs, Seasonal Outdoor & Garden, Seasonal items for holidays such as Easter, Spring, Red White & Blue Holidays, Summer, Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and of Course Christmas and New Years! I saw a larger area of Pet Supplies, Hallmark Cards, Brand name Beverages with paper and party goods for that special event. NO Beer or Alcohol although I've bought Mrs. T's Tropical Cocktail Mixers. There many isles and areas in the center with items year round and ever-changing to create fresh ideas at fab prices! The staff here is very pleasant and always moving throughout the store if you need assistance or help. *"Clean Restrooms" are available here in the back area of the main entrance isle. Located near their home decor department with wall art photos and where lamps are. Stop in and let your treasure hunt begin. Christmas Tree Shops has some of the best bargains for home and seasonal décor. The quality of the products is about the same as what you will find at Big Lots or Michaels, but my opinion is that Christmas Tree Shops is more fun to shop at and the items are lower priced. There is so much to choose from during Thanksgiving and Christmas, and lots of it is marked 50% off or more after the holidays. Besides holiday décor, I found several really cute planters on my last visit. The pink and white face planter only cost $7.99. I've seen face planters at garden nurseries for as much as $50, so this was a good deal. The green "plant lover" planter was only $2.99. This is a good place to shop for anyone looking for inexpensive holiday and year-round decorations for one's office, cubicle, classroom, or home. Ive only ever been in this store once. We have been wanting to check it out for a while. There are major sales and clearance sections with areas up to 50% off. I saw some really great steals on outdoor items and summer sections. They are doing remodeling on the right side of the store, so I am excited to see what is coming. I found items that were cheaper here than other stores, or a little more. I found many items that were the same price as well. I love price checking to ensure I get the best deal out there. I was surprised to see how much they had because the name is really misleading: CHRISTMAS TREE shop! Will definetely return. read more

Went in one day and bought two coffee mugs with mine and my wife's initials. Got home, dropped the bag, and broke both. Went back to the store a couple of days later to get replacements. Her's was available but mine was not. At checkout, I explained what happened to the clerk/manager (not sure which he was). In addition to explaining that they would have replaced them for free if I would have brought them in (I had just thrown them away), he offered to have his regional manager bring one from another store. He took my info and said he would call when it was there. A couple of days later, the store called and I picked up my new mug. Not only did he do what he said, but he was super friendly and helpful. THAT is great customer service. Additionally, the store always has unique items at reasonable prices. Definitely a great place to shop! read more

This store always have the best decorations for all seasons. Some of items are so economically inexpensive.

This store is very inconsistent with their store hours. There are WEEKDAYS that they close at 6 pm, 7pm and 8pm. Or their website is lying? Why can't they just stick to the hours that convenient to them so consumers like me who sometimes works late will not get confused? SMH. read more

Nice Clean store. However as we were in line waiting to pay - looking at the items they have for sale ( as you wait) a lady at her register masked up With her blue gloves - yelled for me and my friend to " back up- stand on the red circle- until your called for next " Ok really !!! Please -!!! No one was in front of us - we were enjoying our selfs looking at your merchandise that you placed to look at while waiting in line. In these times I don't need a bossy, demanding cashier telling me where to stand. I'm just out trying to enjoy a shopping day with my friend. !! read more

Not just Trees...or Christmas...... I wonder where they came up with that name? Anyways I can't go in there without spending every single dollar or penny in my purse. (*always check the end caps and the sales flyer. For clearance and for there 10.00 off coupon which saves you even more money!!!! DOLLAR STORE ON DRUGS!!!! Some really great deals. They have...the oddest selection of things...it's laughable really....I walked in wanting to just shop around, get ideas for future home reno's and decorating, and I walked out a little frazzled, and with a bottle of lotion..ha! Hey...couldn't beat the price! Christmas trees....yeah, didn't have any of those....nor decorations...but it was still fun...if you have to decorate on a major budget...ahem..ME...this place might get you some cheap trinkets to get the job done. read more

Great store! Filled with lots of things you didn't realize you needed. Why, you may ask, does the store call itself Christmas Tree Shops when they don't have Christmas trees? Christmas Tree Shops started as a holiday gift shop on Cape Cod, but we found customers loved discovering unbelievable deals for all of the holidays and all the seasons (from their website) To give you an idea of the eclectic variety of items they carry I will wow you with my most recent shopping trip finds. jar of Knotts Berry Farm strawberry jelly blue shepherds hook two Pfaltzgraff bowls two large freezer/ice packs for coolers red stoneware spoon rest they have everything from furniture to table runners to pet supplies to. . . My wife saw something she wanted in the sales ad but I'm too busy and easily annoyed to go all the way to the store to pick up one thing; plus we're all on lockdown due to the virus. So.. I figured this being 2020 and all I would simply order the item online and have it shipped to my house. This store is obviously still in the 1980s in that they don't do online orders. So I went on amazon and ordered a similar item that was shipped to my front porch for the same price. read more

Despite the name this is not a Christmas store; it is yet another wholesale style store that is filled with odds and ends. Once again I find a place that lures me to buy things I don't need because it's such a dam bargain! This store is like The Flower Factory which I also reviewed a couple months ago. I'm puzzled as to why there are now two similar wholesale stores that are a mile apart from each other with deceiving names?!? I guess I can't complain since I scored some good deals. I bought tea cups that were made in Poland; they were $2.49 each. I saw wine glasses that were made in Germany for only $1.00! I found a full/queen size solid colored comforter for $14.00. I bought a 3-pack of striped knee socks at $3.99...perfect if you wear long boots! And I saved my best bargain for last! My boyfriend gets the credit for this one since he has an eagle eye! He spotted my favorite B&W photo called Lunch Atop a Sky Scraper. (The photo was taken in 1932 and pictures construction men sitting 60 stories high on a crossbeam eating lunch) Anyhow it was a framed 16x20 for only $3.99! I already own a poster print but I paid way more for it and it was not framed so finding it at $3.99 totally made my day. This is the type of store to shop at if you looking for household decor like framed artwork. In the front end of the store they had some trendy looking rugs. There is a small amount of craft supply but nothing too impressive mostly scrapbook items and general holiday decor. There is a wide assortment of tea cups, wine glasses and coffee mugs to choose from. However, I did hunt around to find mugs and glasses that are not made in China. There is a good selection you just have to look in the right places! They also had all kinds of international spices, teas, coffees and cookies too. read more

Wow, this place has it all! Almost anything you can think of: kitchen utensils, pet toys, decor, clothing, sofas...everything! The best part about it is that the prices are insanely low! My last three sentences have ended in exclamation points, so by now you should know how great this store is! If this place changed the name to something more practical & sold groceries, it could replace Wal-Mart as the staple low-priced super store. It currently being the Christmas season, I plan on going back quite a few times over the next couple of weeks, but when the holidays are over...I'm going back! read more

This store has the worst customer service ever. I went in and purchased a table and they sent me around back to pick it up. First no one would answer the bell in the back then the guy opened the door and couldn't find the table. He didn't want to take the time to call up front so I took my receipt and drove around to the front and went in and asked for my money back. It shouldn't be that hard to do business. read more

I really love to shop at this place. They have lot of things to choose from for good prices and it's a really good place to go if your Christmas shopping. They usually have their holiday stuff up in the front or their seasonal stuff. I also love that they have so many wrapping papers and gift boxes to choose from during the Christmas season. Everything is such a good price here, that I could spend a lot of money buying up the store. I just wish that they would include more baby stuff and that would maybe bring them more customers. read more

I went in here recently because I was hoping that they had the air mattress that they are advertising online. Unfortunately they didn't but I was able to find a whole sheet set microfiber for $14.99 that I did buy was very excited about that. Especially since they were in the center aisle bins that have the great deals. read more

This is usually my favorite store to shop at with my dear MIL. But ever since they've had a recent turnover in staff, the service is quickly dwindling down hill fast. I normally shop at a brick and mortar store when they have a good selection and most important good customer service, bad service=bad vibe=money I save in my pocket. Lol Just like that. I do not waste my time or my money to be mistreated by cashiers/staff with nasty attitudes. I just leave and never come back, but I sure as hell will leave bad feedback for future reference too. Lol Encounter 1: Went shopping this Sunday with my dear MIL, could have sworn I saw a sign for 75% off Valentines clearance. So I picked out a few goodies for next year. A brunette manager lady (30's-40's) comes by and tells me that she is a day early on her mark downs as she changes the sign from 75 down to 65% off. She told me to tell the cashier to charge me the 75% off and not 60% off. Immediately I begin to worry that no one would believe me if I told them this when she's not present during my checkout later. So when I do go and check out, I relayed the info to the nice black lady who was my cashier. She looks around for a manager to confirm what I say. Some snickering and stink eye rolling from the newbies behind the Front Service Desk ensues as they smack their gums at me, mad that they have to work on a Sunday. Then this old bat (60's-70's) manager I suppose, barks back; "it's 70% off not 75! It's never been at 75! Ever!" To which I replied, "Mam, I'm only looking to confirm a price not to argue with you." She quickly turns around and ignores me when the brunette manager comes back and confirms that the price to charge me is now 70%. I can't complain, I am still getting a good deal. But at the cost of some really rude nasties who are set to bite my head off and mad that they have to work on a Sunday. Again, wow, smh. Imagine that, mad at the world because you have a job that pays you and how dare you have to actually do work to actually get paid. Smh read more

I have been a regular shopper here, but won't be going back. I was there with my sister and our two daughters. We noticed a big creepy guy following & hovering over them. My sister went right over to confront him--turns out he is an employee named Rich. She asked him why he was staring at our girls (both only 10) and his was response was "Oh, I'm just watching some reverse shopping." Only problem was they weren't shoplifting, he wasn't catching them shoplifting--he even said they weren't being accused of shoplifting. I guess he thinks his job is to follow/harass/stare down shoppers he believes could possibly be shoplifting? When we confronted him he was just nasty & belligerent and kept repeating "I'm Rich, my manager is Debbie. Go talk to her." When we talked to Debbie, she barely apologized and admitted she told him to go over and "customer service the two girls." What does that even mean? Does the Christmas Tree Shop believe "customer service" is following & harassing shoppers? I'm well aware that every store I shop in has a loss prevention process in place, but I've never seen anything like this--if their goal is to make customers feel unwelcome and harassed while shopping there, they have succeeded. We left without the items we planned to buy and will not be back. Besides the harassment, the management should know that having a middle-aged man following around and staring at little girls isn't an image they probably want portrayed. read more

A store full of junk..oh but they are "bargains" so it will reel in all the people who will just buy random things for the price. The thing that angered me was we went there this year assuming they would have a ton of Christmas trees. Which they did not. Target and Home Depot had a lot more. I think the owners of Bed Bath and Beyond have enough money for 10 life times owning Buy Buy Baby also. They don't need to make another random store. read more

My wife and I shop here frequently, we have never had any issues with the staff. They have always treated us well. Maybe the complainers need to take a look at themselves. I get the impression that some of you are a bit hoity-toity. The store is what it is. read more

The lines are absolutely terrible here so I've never bought something until the last time I was there. It's impossible to find any employees and the prices are only low because the quality is incredibly low. Though the store claims to be handicap accessible the lanes are far too small and cluttered to even allow the carts down most of them. There is always long lines and the cashiers take customers out of order and allow cutting. I will never shop here again read more
