If I could I would give 0 stars. The customer service of the owners and her employees is shocking. They were rude to my mother in law on Mother's Day when she was inquiring about her order. My husband called and was hung up on and then called and spoke to the owner. Told her how rude her employee was and all she said is that she has been there a long time. No apologizes or solutions for the problem. She said she would not re deliver the item without a fee I offered to pay the fee. She then says she was not going to go back and forth with me and cancelled my order on Mother's Day! She did refund but I didn't want my money back I wanted was a gift delivered. Don't bother calling corporate they take your complaint and will file it but each location is independently owned. Do yourself a favor and just stay away. read more

Your attitude and unprofessionalism is so distasteful. You are very disrespectful. Your customer service is below the scum of the earth. I called to make a simple inquiry. You do not know who I am or my status or what I'm buying but your nasty ass attitude got the best of you. I hate that I placed an order from this establishment. Worst place ever. I'm a long time customer of Edible Arrangements but WILL NEVER reach out to the Spring Lake, NC location again. I went online to place a same day delivery order for one of the Birthday packages. I received a call after they received my order to let me know that they were out of the birthday popcorn that should go with that order. I was disappointed because the only thing that was offered to me was to replace the popcorn w/ one of the other flavors. I expressed my disappointment to the young lady, Maya who called but very hesitantly agreed to another flavor. The more and more I thought about the situation, I became even more disappointed so I called Corporate office to ask what more could be done. Corporate suggested that I call the store back and attempt to work it out at a store level. I did just that and believe it or not...the situation was made worse by the manager (way to lead!). The manager who initially seemed very eager to make this right had already notified the driver to "hold off" on that delivery WITHOUT my consent and was prepared to just refund my order amount. I explained that I wanted the order to go out and DID NOT want it to be cancelled as I had previously explained to Maya. I was requesting to replace that birthday item w/ some other type of birthday item but because the order was already out of the store, that was not an option. I then requested that they make it right by not refunding my total amount but refunding $9.99 (delivery fee) . That is where our entire conversation went left...the manager refused and started giving me all kinds of excuses. She stated that she had to call another driver in to get my order out and that she has issues getting that particular birthday popcorn due to vendor issues. Oddly, Maya had informed me that they no longer get that popcorn from that vendor, but the manager made it seem like they were just on back order. The manager went on to further state that no one had ever been upset about not getting the birthday popcorn. She ended the phone call abruptly by saying, "Thanks for calling Edible Arrangements" and HUNG UP THE PHONE. As I'm reviewing my call log, I spent 1 hour and 26 minutes on the phone trying to get some type of resolution. Corporate even called the location on my behalf to see if they would be willing to refund me $9.99 and the manager still refused stating that I agreed to the exchange of popcorn and refused the total amount to me refunded...the funny thing is that she offered that I could possibly get 50% off of my next order but do you think that I would ever order from this location again...NOT AT ALL! read more

I never leave reviews and one bad experience will not make me leave a review. I understand some time establishments have bad days or things simply go wrong. However, I have had consistent issues since I began coming to this location. Due to a change in job location, this is now the closest edible arrangements. I typically go at least three times a week for the smoothies and dipped fruit cones. It's like a coin toss coming here, as far as them having everything, whether it's the fruit or ice needed for smoothies. I have been coming everyday since Friday December 27,2019 for my smoothie fix. Everyday I have been told they were out of the ice. However, today the owner (who is not professional and very condescending) told me yet again they were out of the ice and "that it'll be ok". Excuse me ? That's not the kicker. I asked her if she knew when they'd be getting ice in . Her response was "Next week, maybe". I repeated her maybe? And she then repeated herself again "yea,maybe". I'm not sure what type of business this lady is running but I will drive to Fayetteville (who never runs out of anything) before coming back here. The owner is the problem. I've witnessed her telling her employees not fill my smoothie cups all the way up. Overall, wonderful employees but horribly ran business and piss poor owner. My husband ordered me an arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries, a stuffed bear and a balloon. They sent me a much cheaper arrangement without the bear or balloon. When my husband called to complain is when they told him that they didn't have what he had ordered. Instead of contacting him first, they just sent out a much cheaper arrangement. The manager/owner was rude and told us that if we didn't like it, we didn't have to order from them again. Rest assured, We will never order from them again and I advise others, do not waste your money with this shop. read more

Wow, I just had one of the best ordering experiences I have ever had...the person who answered the phone was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with my choice of arrangement. I had previously called another store and had almost given up on ordering, but decided to call the Spring Lake store...what a difference!! I will always use this store from now on.
