I ordered the "Go Bananas" ice cream rolls, and nowhere on the menu did it mention that it would be covered in chocolate--inside and out. I'm allergic to chocolate, so this was a serious issue. After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I received an ice cream that I couldn't even eat. When I pointed this out, all I got was a simple "sorry" with no offer for a refund or a remake. It wasn't until I asked for a refund that they finally agreed, and even then, it took an additional 5 minutes just to get the manager to process it. Between the long wait, the lack of clear menu descriptions, and the poor customer service, this was an extremely disappointing visit. I won't be coming back. They have really good ice cream rolls places in Raleigh. This is the only one I've seen around here so it's pretty good for what it is. Ice cream was delicious! These are both small sizes as well. Service is a bit slow as the young people working there move a little slowly but that's okay if you're willing to wait a bit. Like 15-20 minutes maybe? We were the second customers in before two larger groups entered and we had to wait a while. Take advantage of the fact that you can see them roll your ice cream for you! The prices for the boba drinks are good and I really enjoy the standard milk tea they have. The shop seems very clean. I haven't tried the ice cream yet but this is my favorite boba spot and I always try to go when I'm on the Ramsey side of town. My only complaint is their customer service does leave a lot to be desired.
