My son ordered flowers from this store for me thru his uber app since he lives in CA and I live in a remote area where there aren't florist shops. The flowers included orange roses and small bunches of purple flowers with blooms that never opened. The orange rose petals were brown around the corners and the heads were slouched over the stems, it was a sad sight. I began throwing some of the purple flowers out the next day and was getting ready to throw out the remainder a few days later when I decided to contact the owner "Matt". His employee answered and I explained the condition of the flowers and he told me "they were not pleased with the shipment of flowers they received last week" and to call owner tomorrow. I did so and was treated with indifference and lack of respect, raising his voice at me. He blamed it on my son calling Uber to deliver the flowers stating "they should've opened up". This was a ridiculous response in that they packaged the flowers and the Uber driver delivered them that afternoon. I put them in tepid water and since they weren't opening up, I cut the stems (which I always do to keep them fresh longer). This method didn't work and hence my call to owner who was VERY RUDE and even HUNG UP on me. I "highly" recommend NOT patronizing this establishment for above reasons. read more

Did our order online.. called first thing in the morning to check if our order was received,the man who answered was polite and answered all questions we had. Got a lovely set , this was from the stroudsburg store. Our luck fruits were fresh!! And was temperature controlled before we got there to pick up our order. I send arrangements to my wife and mother regularly and they can't say enough about them! Fruit is always fresh and tasty and the chocolate coating must be imported as it tastes heavenly. The fellow that makes the deliveries locally is incredibly professional and is fun to chat with. read more

What happened to good customer service?! Ordered the Mother's Day Swizzle Bouquet (large) for my new in-laws, but what arrived was a big mess! It appeared as though someone "threw" a whole bunch of horrible looking fruit in a bowl with some kale hanging out from the bottom of the display. The fruit did not look appealing at all. Called the store to see what they could do, they offered me a 10% refund! Really, $11.00 refund on a $110.00 item?! Of course, I declined and contacted their corporate office and was offered a 25% refund. Well, that is better than 10% right? How could you charge top dollar for crap? They are hit or miss. I ordered a mother's day fruit arrangement and the strawberries were small and in edible. It was poorly put together and they do not honor online coupons from corporate. They also were deceitful about the amount of fruit I was supposed to receive regarding a small vs large arrangement. This purchase was a waste of money and mom was disappointed. read more

Disgusting Edible Arrangements is, 8pm Valentines Day and finally after calling for four hours and trying to track my order I find it was not sent and won't be until late, ruined my surprise and the florist in Stroudsburg PA couldn't care less. Phone rang off the hook or was busy indefinitely, all I got was we will deliver tomorrow. Disgusting how you took my money and did not deliver, 5 blocks away was the house, only to get a frigid attitude from you. I will never order from you again and will tell everyone on FB and Twitter about this horrible experience. I was told at 8pm they still have to make 400 more, and that last year it was the same, I replied saying that if you knew it was going to be that busy why didn't you hire more people??? I have to start by saying, the owner, Cindy Moore has no business acumen or customer service skills whatsoever. I contacted them well in advance of Mother's Day. Spoke to two different people, one being the head driver (who was very nice). I mentioned it was being delivered to a business and he assured me it would go out with top priority so it would be delivered early. I called again on Mothers Day to re-confirm the delivery and hoping that it had gone out early as mentioned prior. They wanted to keep telling me about the 400 deliveries they had and they were sure she would receive it "today" ehhhhh, ok. Not that reassuring but it was all I was getting out of the girl that answered the phone. We own a nursery in the Poconos and they were closing at 1 pm. Not something I knew earlier however, I was never asked what time we closed, mind you. When I called back, the third time instead of simply saying "sorry" the young woman, with an attitude that I spoke to said l "should have told them when the business was closing" again, no apology. Basically, blaming it on me! Honestly had she apologized this would've gone very differently. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and I was upset that I had to alert my mother in law to the arrival of her gift. I called to vent my frustrations on whomever answered the phone, being very respectful of the fact that this was not her fault. I was simply venting. She couldn't have been nicer. SHE had excellent customer service. SHE said SORRY. Unfortunately it went down hill from there when she felt it was best to escalate it to the owner, Cindy Moore. She said "I'm sorry you felt that way" and my staff is "doing the best they can", in a contrived, "kind" voice. Now I realize, oh this lady sucks at Customer Service too, whatever, just make it right. She offered me a box of strawberries. I asked for a discount. She wouldn't give it to me. Why not??? You're the owner! I would've been happy with her offering me 10%, geez I would've been happy if she knew how to handle the situation in general. I asked her her name and she said Cindy. And I said, "Cindy what" and like a child she initially refused to give me her last name! What a fool! Anyway, lesson learned. Spend almost $100 on some specially cut fruit and they can't even get the delivery right just because they're in the Super Bowl of their business. I'm sure Cindy Moore does really well in her Edible Arrangement franchise. (Said in sarcastic tone) Fortunately for her the Poconos is a small town so I'm sure they're the only choice. However, here, where I live in South Florida this business would be squashed! I guess she's satisfied with sub-standard mediocre service. Ugh! How frustrating! read more
