I used to pick you up while walking my dog Fate, tossed on some neighbors lawn who would probably never read it anyhow. I instantly fell in love and knew I had to have more. I caught on to your schedule, and soon learned that they were sent to the residents the last Saturday of the month. I always made sure to walk Fate really early in the morning those days. :) I discovered many little tid-bits and goings-ons from your magazine and was just fascinated to learn so much about my very sexy city! Now I have the pleasure of receiving the magazine monthly at work. It's brought to our Residents in the condo and I always grab a copy. My favorite section by far is "city watch", which is where I pick up on all the tid-bits and goings-ons. You pick highlights of different neighborhoods and important things that may be happening there. It also lets readers know if there have been any important changes in city government in those different areas, things that city hall may want residents to know, etc. The magazine posts great articles about different political issues around town and is not afraid to expose those who do wrong. They also highlight "New Faces" around Miami, which are people who are doing things to make Miami a better place. I was looking for a snack for my mom while we were waiting for our flight out of Miami (due to a…read moredelay). There is not a lot of options in the Delta terminals in MIA (Terminals H and J) under normal circumstance, but it's worse in the mornings. Thankfully, after walking both terminals, I found Miami News Connection. The place had plenty of snacks. I called my mom and she asked for a soda and some Fig Newtons. The store does have magazines and books, if you need that. Bought my mom her snacks and went on my way.
