Best Agent in Buffalo!…read more John and his team member Lori Severson helped us sell 2 homes and purchase a third. Both sales were extremely competitively priced and each sold in a little over a week! When our purchase closing was delayed a day (an issue that was %100 NOT his team's fault) they went above and beyond to help. They made several phone calls to help calm us down, paid for a hotel room for the night, let us borrow a trailer for a few items and then eventually showed up at the closing with a small gift! Truly exceptional service!

Tyler Reiss had us sign a purchase agreement with acquaintances of his that were NOT qualified or approved for a home loan. After they moved in they never closed on the house and wouldn't move out. We had to go to court to evict them, but not before they did $13,000 worth of damage to our home. We even had to pay for Tyler Reiss's friends utility bills that they never paid because they are put on the property. Tyler Reiss will soon be under investigation by the Minnesota Department of Commerce as well as the Minnesota Realtors Assn. for ethics violations. He still claims no wrong doing (even though every other realtor in town finds his actions terrible). Since he thinks he did nothing wrong, he'll do it again. You see, he was a dual agent in this, meaning he would make twice as much money in this transaction. Please, don't let him do this to you.

Unfortunately, I am unable to recommend Chris Fellerman and Keller Williams Integrity NW based on…read moremy experience. Chris Fellerman was the main listing agent of a home I intended to buy in July of 2014. We went to the final walk-thru and there were several items on the purchase agreement amendment that were incomplete, as well as numerous cosmetic issues and damage that had been concealed and/or purposely hidden during all previous showings and inspection. We went to closing and neither of the listing agents or sellers were present. Travis Johnson was sent to represent both the sellers and Keller Williams and he knew nothing about the property. We explained the issues we had found during the final walk-thru, and Travis called Chris Fellerman, who was on vacation. He reported to us that Chris had said, "That's not good", and that was all. Chris did not ask to speak to our realtor, nor did he contact the sellers directly. Travis called the male/husband seller and reported that he refused to fix anything we had found during our final walk-thru. We then asked for a price reduction and Travis called the seller again and reported that the seller had chosen to take his house back, that he would put it back on the market, and that he said to send the cancellation form and he would sign it. Since the seller was unwilling to fix anything or reduce the price and said to send the cancellation form, we did as requested and sent the cancellation form from the closing office. We were later told that day via email by Chris Fellerman that we "misunderstood" what the seller had said, even though Travis Johnson relayed the seller's sentiment clearly, and Travis agreed with our viewpoint of the situation at the closing table. My broker reached out to Keller William's broker, John Butler, over the course of several days asking that my earnest money be returned. Mr. Butler talked to my broker one time and then refused to take all further calls from my broker and did not respond to emails. Both parties ended up with lawyers that were unable to resolve the situation, and then I filed for conciliation court. I emailed Chris Fellerman asking to meet with him to deliver some paperwork and he responded asking what the paperwork was. I told him it was a subpoena, and then he never responded to any of my emails again. Travis Johnson was easy to work with and allowed me to have the subpoena delivered to him, but then demanded a staggering $432 to appear in court for his testimony regarding what occurred during the attempted closing, so he ultimately also refused to appear. In court, I ended up being awarded everything I had requested which was the $6800 earnest money and over $1500 in lawyer and court fees. However, I will never get back the time I spent dealing with this situation and preparing for court, and this whole process took over 11 months. This was a very stressful time and our family of four was without a home for over 6 weeks while we looked for and purchased another home. During this time of needing to purchase a different house, I was also without the $6800 earnest money as John Butler and Keller Williams were holding it. We don't know whether the seller and Chris Fellerman had a falling out during the selling process or what occurred, but the fact that no final walk-thru was performed on the property, and that both Chris Fellerman and John Butler refused to work with myself, my realtor or my broker to get this resolved in a timely fashion is inexcusable. Be VERY cautious if you are considering working with Keller Williams Integrity NW as my experience clearly exposed and showcased their LACK of integrity.

She was the listing and showing agent for the landlords that were selling their property to their current tenant. Although we have complained about her to the company they have continued to defend her deplorable behavior. She was convinced the current tenant would not be able to buy and she turned the sellers against their long term tenant by belittling him and intimidating the realtor who was helping the long term tenant to purchase. She was rude, crash and demeaning in our dealings with her. After a signed purchase agreement was in place she continued showings on the property still convinced the tenant would not be able to purchase. During the showings cash money was stolen from the tenant and neither Jennifer or Keller Williams initiated any contact with the tenant after he was robbed and filed a police report. We started to suspect there was a racial bias in her dealings with the tenant as he was African American. I would never recommend this company and please let this serve as a warning to anyone considering using Jennifer Waschenbecker as your personal real estate agent.
