Rodolfo has been a one man army when it comes to fixing any problems tenants have inside their apartments, and is one of the friendliest guys in the complex. The reviews claiming that the management are bad or "evil" aren't true in the slightest and leave out some context. The "ransom" parents have to pay for their children's bikes is a fine for leaving them unattended in the parking lot and potentially creating a hazard for cars. Unattended children had been a consistent problem over the summer and it is completely reasonable that policies were put in place in response. This is especially true after a tenant's car was damaged from a child riding a Lime scooter (illegally and unattended) and colliding with said car in the parking lot.

Additionally, my association dues have barely increased over the past several years (anywhere from $0-$35/year). In my years here, I have only had one "assessment" fee for a few hundred dollars, because we re-finished both the indoor and outdoor pool (which we collectively voted for and agreed upon), so I am genuinely confused by the other review on here (granted, it's almost a decade old). I personally love having "older" neighbors (for reference, I am in my 20s); the complex is quiet and peaceful and all of my neighbors are friendly and respectful. If you are looking for a busy and social "party" place, this is likely not the place for you. It is a good mix of retirees and younger working professionals.
