After they tiled everything and I paid the tile invoice (which was around the number they quoted) they finished up the rest of the work and wanted to charge me $4,000 more because they forgot to include a bathroom (which was tile that they had already invoiced me for and I had already paid) When I dropped the check off upon them completing the work the lady said "ohhh we love money", well it is evident that you do. Before placing our order, we requested several tile samples from the Floor & Decor website so we could see the options in our home. After narrowing down our choices, we contacted the Memphis store and were connected with Marsha Turner, a design consultant there. Marsha was incredibly helpful in pulling everything together. She helped us finalize the backsplash selection, recommended the pencil trim that perfectly complements the glass tile, and advised us on the best grout color so the glass tiles would really stand out. Her guidance made a difference in the finished result. Although we live near Little Rock, the Memphis store is our closest location since moving from California. This is actually the fourth home where we've purchased tile from Floor & Decor, and once again the process was smooth and easy. Delivery also went perfectly. And then there's the problem of customer service not bothering to check notes on what is paid, or what are replacement tiles. So if you're not dealing with the same person- no telling.
