It was Wednesday morning when I called four or five local plumbing companies and they all seemed to be booked for at least a week. I called Joe Seabolt at Joe Seabolt Plumbing and told him my plan to dig the trench on Thursday and have him replace the pipe on Friday. He said he would be able to make that work. He told me he would stopped by sometime in the afternoon on Thursday and check on our progress. Well turns out the trencher I reserved could only dig a trench at most three feet deep. And we found out pretty quick that my sewer line connected to the main somewhere around 5 to 6 feet underground. My stomach sank because I was unsure if I could still get my sewer line fixed before the weekend and didn't want to have to burden my in-laws with me and my family of four crashing at their house for the entire weekend. By the time I returned the trencher and went back home Mr. Seabolt arrived to inspect our progress. He was un-phased with the lack of digging we had accomplished and said it would be no problem to get a backhoe to dig the trench on Friday. Sure enough, Friday morning he called me and said him and his crew were on their way to my house. By the time I went home for my lunch break they had already dug and replaced the sewer line and were backfilling the trench. I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of work they did. The price was also below what other plumbers had quoted me. I highly recommend this plumber!

Service man refused to finish job via the office who did NOT bother to contact me regarding not…read morefinishing job due to "House being full of dog droppings". Note Service man NEVER mentioned an issue when descussing the required parts to finish the work NOR did he EVER entered the actual home... The outdoors portion of the unit is located INSIDE THE MAIN DOG RUN that has more over grown weeds and fallen branches still awaiting the weather to allow the yard/run to dry out enough for getting the mowers/carts inside for "spring cleaning" and additionally the unit is on a slab surrounded by over grown weeds and thus not used/accessed by the dogs as a toilet area. The open portion of the yard/run is. Maddeningly I h told the serviceman that the dogs would be left in a different run/yard that has considerably less shelter for HOURS awaiting a phone call that never did come... AGAIN, even though I had made it clear I was waiting on the call before moving dogs back into their "normal run" from the much more exposed front area. Obviously the not doing work on any of my properties (3 housing units in Muskogee) in the future is very mutual.

The on-site Manager is excellent, the support staff are very friendly and professional. Always right on a problem, which has been rare so far. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Homeland, Kum&Go, several restaurants, and banking nearby. All are within walking distance. Our children are grown and we are not from Muskogee, so I could not attest to schools in the area. There is a nightly, competent, security patrol. I have been in law enforcement and security for over 30 years So others who are in this line of work KNOW what I mean by competent. The apartments are roomy and have a homey feel. We could not be happier. And the cat likes it too!!! We have been there almost a year and have no plans of moving anytime soon!!!!
