They did their best to make sure everyone felt comfortable and they also slowed down movements so that new students could learn. The studio is very clean and well kept, even the HITT room is clean. The pilates machines seem new or extremely well kept. There is a little cubby inside the room where you can put your stuff and feel secure. Socks are a must on the pilates machines and I really appreciate that. Its super relaxing in the pilates room because the lights are low and there are accent lights on the wall. The room is on the cooler side but that's fine because once you start moving you don't even notice. The only thing I will say is that parking is a little hard there at peak times. Other than that I highly recommend checking this studio out!

They offer pilates socks for $13 in case you forget your pair as it is mandatory for reformer pilates to wear anti-slip socks. I cannot stress enough how clean and beautiful everything here is. I was so happy with my 2-week trial I signed up for one of the monthly packages. I highly recommend this gym for anyone wanting to try pilates or their HIIT classes!

I am transforming my body into a nicely toned, sculptured silhouette and most importantly, I am having a great time doing it. I look younger, I feel healthier and I can fit into my skinny jeans again. During the past 10 weeks I have even dropped two dress sizes. Fit and Fine Boot Camp is an excellent way to help you live a healthier life style. The classes are filled with a variety of fat burning and strength building exercises. The instructor is energetic, motivating and very knowledgeable. There is also a nutritionist available to help you modify your eating habits. They are challenging and the gym itself has kind of a young and hip vibe (won't make me feel like I'm attending an older person's gym), the staff working here are friendly and attentive, everything is very clean. When I signed up, I went for the membership option that gives you a MyZone Belt with the membership. It's pretty cool because when you're working out, you wear this belt and it keeps track of your heart rate and how many calories you burn while doing your workout. I use this as motivation for working out. Ample parking, gym is never fully packed, etc. This place is a lot more than a fighting gym and can be used as just a normal gym. But your workouts can take an interesting twist with the MMA fighting. I've come to really like this place, I'm so happy that they have improved over time!

This place isn't packed, everyone is friendly, welcoming- the owner even has the cutest lil Frenchie that runs around motivating you I've been checking out other gyms since I got here and this place just feels like HOME. My first time in I hit legs, ofcourse, and caught the end of their spinning class. The vibe in that class was AMAZING!! everyone working hard, yelling, being supportive of one another, music was on point- they even had lights so glad to have found this place and now can call it my stomping ground. The free weights section is....small and crammed. The pool smells sometimes and other times it's like they dumped gallons of chlorine in at one time. The sauna is always broken, I think I've only gotten to use it once in 3 months. The spinning room definitely needs to be cleaned I went in before a class and it smelled so musky. I did transfer to a different location, which as a little better but I ended up canceling my membership completely. Definitely not worth the fees and charges.

Sauna is usually clean and in good working condition. Not a very community gym except for the obvious peek times like other gyms 4:30-7:30. If you can work out prior or after these times you won't have to wait long for gym equipment, machines, or weights. I've been an LA fitness member for the past 15yrs and I made my transition to this location about 4yrs ago because I live in the area now. I'm not disappointed with this gym at all. Come check out this location if looking for a gym switch.
