He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. We have also asked him to do smaller projects, like replacing broken sprinkler heads, which he has done promptly, cheerfully, and at a very reasonable cost. Every time Carlos finishes his work, I think, wow, this guy does such a great job, I should go write a Yelp review. Well, finally, here it is! Carlos Garcia is amazing. I'm telling you, your endless Yelp search is over -- hire this guy!

He also worked with me to find a budget-friendly solution, which made the process feel easy and flexible. Jonathan was the one who came out to do the work, and he was both professional and respectful while on my property. Q went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I've asked for sprinkler adjustments so I wouldn't be fined by the City of Visalia and he never addressed it. After reseeding my lawn he said he would come every week after that to do other services since he couldn't mow the lawn but he did not follow through. At the time of this review, I have not heard from Q (the owner) or have had service for three weeks. My lawn has been left unmaintained even after I gave him a second chance when he burned the edges of my lawn with weed killer. Upon hiring him I explained how much hard work I put into my lawns before starting chemo and needed someone dependable to maintain it and communicate with me. My hard work has gone down the drain and now I am inconvenienced to find another lawn maintenance company when I should be focusing on my health.
