The service was quick, friendly, and always responsive - overall great customer service. However, the quality of the work was unfortunately lacking. We recently moved into a new home with no backyard setup, so we contracted Millenium Landscape for a simple concrete patio design with a walkway and some grass. While we had no issues with the grass, our concrete is a quite an embarrassing mess. It's been about 5 months since the concrete has been 'drying' and not only is it warped in some areas, it is spotted everywhere and never fully dried (we assume). Drains were added as well, but the water doesn't run to the drains, and in one case the water actually pools right next to a drain. We appreciate the hard work put into something like this, but for how much we paid, and given this is our first home, it was quite disappointing. Our neighbor had the same type of work done by a different contractor and it looks amazing compared to ours. Anyway, use caution when considering any type of concrete work done. read more

I contacted Millenium LS and they came out the next day for a quote. After getting several quotes they had the best price and I liked their process for handling our project the best. We needed to put sod in our backyard, which they said would require them to clean up/ till the soil, treat it for weeds and add good soil. It took them 2 days to complete the job and a week from the time we first talked. We are now looking to them for our front yard project which will be a complete overhaul. read more

We HIGHLY recommend Millennium Landscape. We urgently needed some immediate yard/weed cleanup done at our home. A friend referred us to Bolivar and Janeth as they had been doing her routine gardening and landscaping for her for some time. We were thrilled when Bolivar came out IMMEDIATELY to give us a quote on the work. He understood that we needed the work done right away. He gave us a fair price and did an amazing job in ONE DAY. We hired him to do our regular gardening maintenance. Their response time is amazing. They definitely do all they can to work with their customers, communicate any concerns or scheduling issues, and are always professional. Since then, we have been making some landscaping changes. Bolivar understands that we have to do one job at a time - as money allows. Communication with both he and Janeth has been wonderful. They work very hard to help us do all that we want within our small budget. The latest project Bolivar completed at our house was removing a brick wall and iron fencing and building a new one to restructure our yard. His crew was amazingly quick, clean, and treated our yard as if it was their own. I was quoted a price comparable to the others; but I took my chances with this company because the owner arrived at my homesite at the time he stated he would which is a huge plus in my book. BEWARE! This company isn't ethical, they expect to be paid whether they show up or not!!! Millenium was referred to us by our landscape contractor who has done nearly $80k in work at our house, most of which was a complete rehab in our backyard. After Bolivar and his wife, Janeth, came out to assess the property for how much work would be necessary to maintain our yards, we decided to go with them even though they were more expensive then all the other gardeners. We started service in July 2018 and everything had been going well for months until this year. There were weeks where Bolivar and his crew wouldn't show up at all or call to notify us, but then would show up the next week like nothing happened. But of course, his wife Janeth, would still send us a Venmo request for the full month cost. When I would decline the request and send the amount minus the week they didn't show, she would text and say, "thank you for letting us service your home, today is the last day of service." So no call, no show and then I send payment for the work that was done WITH an explanation and you wanna cancel service without notice!!! She did this 3 times in the last 5 months of service!!! Completely unacceptable and unreasonable...pay us for not showing up! Only 1 star because IF they showed up, the work was good. read more

We were looking for a gardener to clean our jungle of a backyard, so my husband messaged Millenium landscape for a quote and received a response within minutes. Bolivar is very punctual and has great communication skills. It only took about an hour before he had our backyard looking like new. We were so impressed with how professional Bolivar was that we decided to ask for quotes on additional work. After a couple of visits from Bolivar and Pasqual, we were able to draw up a design for our backyard. Pasqual displayed his artistry when laying out concrete and building a large planter. I am extremely picky so I was definitely impressed that I was unable to find any flaws with the concrete. Everything was done so neatly and in great time! I hired this business to do weekly maintenance. The first week, the owner communicated with me via Yelp to make sure that they would come within the promised day and time, as I have had issues with gardeners coming whenever they wish, so that I have to keep my dogs leashed all day, until they come to service the backyard. The owner promised to cut some overgrown trees in the backyard in the following week. Today is the day that they are supposed to come a second time. They did not show up or let me know that they will not show up at the promised 10:00-10:30 time frame! Then, I find out from the owner's wife that the owner is busy repairing something somewhere else and that the tree trimming to be done today was rescheduled to tomorrow morning, without consulting with me first! I have a medical appointment tomorrow morning! It is exactly like the inconsiderate way that I have been treated by my previous gardener who came whenever he wanted, not when he was supposed to come! I cancelled the service today! This company did great the first week, the second week, not so much! read more
