Victor came to our home to look at our countertops. Within a few hours, we got a very fair estimate which was a whole lot less than 3 other companies. The next day we drove to Orlando to check out their granite. They had so many slabs. The lady was so friendly and patient. I brought my puppy with me, and she was so sweet to my puppy. Anyway, we finally picked the one we wanted. Absolutely no pressure sale. Within a few days, they were here to install, which was today. It took them about 3.5 hours, and they were meticulous every step of the way. They are so skilled in their craft, and it's obvious. They take pride in what they do, you can see it. Redoing garage and after epoxy flooring, pegboard walls, and hanging /setting workspace cabinets, needed to finish with a nice durable and attractive custom counter. Searched and searched. Gave up actually. One day after looking at unfinished workspace (just need counter) Searched customer Quartz countertops in Orlando and EdStone came up. Called on a Friday morning. Ed answered! Came out THAT afternoon. Measured, showed samples, gave quote. He said could install on Monday (thought yeah right). BUT ... not only was his price extremely competitive, I was interested to see if turnaround time was real - so we agreed on the quote. Sure enough, Sunday Ed texted said project was done and would reach out Monday. He did! First thing! Guys arrived 9a and managed install, including adding a pass through hole for electrical plug, caulked and cleaned - were done in 45 min and my workspace now looks finished and amazing!! We had our kitchen done by Edvard a few years ago and they did an amazing job so when it came time to do a very small bathroom we weren't sure if they would be interested in a small job. To the contrary, he answered our call within 1 hour and came out the next day! He prepared a quote within minutes and had samples to review with him. The price was very reasonable so we texted him that same day to go ahead with the job. His crew was back in 8 days and they finished the work in less than an hour. Looks great, fits perfectly. Very nice customer service people. Came out same day for an estimate. We picked out our granite from a large selection and they had it cut and ready to go next day. They were very flexible with our schedule. What I really liked was that our job was a small one, 13 square feet, and no other company would do it without making us buy 25 ft. Edstone was recommended to me by my handyman. Everything was rushed from choosing my counter from a small sample, to showing up without much notice. After my counter was installed, I noticed that the counter next to my stove had the pattern running in the opposite direction. I was not happy with this. When I called the company, I was told that it was my fault. I should've come to the store to pick out a slab. I was never told to do this. The only option given to me was to pay per square foot to replace that section of countertop. I had already spent $3000. This was unacceptable. Both myself and my handyman, tried on numerous occasions to reach Ed Yazlovsky, the owner, to no avail. Look elsewhere if u want granite in your home. Their customer service is deplorable! read more

Ed was right on time for the measuring. His team was right on time with the install. It look's great. My problem was they don't do finish work. They messed up the wall with the install of the shelf into the dinning room. It was not supported firmly, only had two screws in each of the three bracket's. They were only supported by the sheet rock wall. I had to remove the damaged sheet rock, repair and paint the wall. They need another team member to follow thru with wall repairs. We are overall completely underwhelmed by the service we received from Edstone Inc from start to finish. From day 1, his abrupt, cold demeanor was a turn off. We should have listened to our guts then but his price and quick turn around time fit our needs so we were willing to overlook his gruff demeanor. This turned out to be our biggest mistake. I will say, we love the quartz counter top that was installed and the quality of the counter top itself seems top rate; but the installation and customer service (or lack thereof) after the installation was appalling. Our old countertop came to a 90 degree bend on the inside corners - this bend matched our cabinets. The quartz countertop installed by Edstone had rounded corners - it looks silly to have a cabinet meet in the corner at a solid 90 degrees and have the counter top over hang by a full 3 inches because the corners are rounded. When called to Edstone's attention, his reply was "It's installed now, there's nothing I can do about it." He then tried to blame us for not being clear about what we wanted. If you review the drawing Edstone provided us, one can see that the corners are at drawn at a perfect 90 degrees. So I guess a screw up on Edstone's part becomes our problem. The same gruff demeanor he had on his first visit was intensified when confronted with this customer service issue to the point of blaming us for the problem. He refused to fix the problem so we are left unhappy and unsatisfied. To top it off, literally the week before we had some drywall work done around the area where the counter top was being installed; 3 of the 4 corners were significantly damaged to the point that I now have to go back and repair them myself. We were hoping because of all the good reviews he had, that we would have the same experience. Sadly, we did not. Because of our experience and interactions with the owner, we can only give one star. If you do decide to go with Edstone, be crystal clear about what you want, where you want it and how you want it. And inspect EVERYTHING closely. read more

The salesman sold us on using Edstone for our new kitchen granite by saying it had a "lifetime warranty", both at the time of the sale and when he installed it. When I realized the day of the install there was nothing on the invoice concerning the warranty I contacted them and asked for a copy of the lifetime warranty to attach to my invoice. Edvard the owner then contacted me and curtly said we have only a 1 year warranty. I contacted the salesman and he said he was "mistaken". Also, the installer had wiped down the counters with a "sealer" at the time of installation so the granite had a wet appearance till the next day, it then had a film across it like hard water build up, not smooth like it should be. I contacted them immediately and Edvard said no one else has complained...that was all, no suggestions, nothing. Would NEVER recommend this company! read more
