Don't use this attorney. He lies and does whatever he wants. I had a case that he screwed up completely. First he lied about knowing anything about carbon monoxide cases. Said he's done them and never has. I said I didn't want an insurance claim he filed an insurance claim. I went to him for a law suit. Against my will he filed a claim. His paralegal called me stupid. He said she doesn't work there and she does. I had to cancel the entire claim and start all over from the beginning. Not as an insurance claim. I filed as a lawsuit against the owner. And much better results. I did most of the work and not to mention he tried to claim his 33% off of money that I had already put out of my pocked for food. He doubled dips. Not a good honest attorney at all. I was better off doing it by myself with some help from friends and uTube is smarter than this man. Bottom line he was the worst attorney and it's not my option it's that of other attorneys they all told me how bad this attorney almost screwed me over if I wasn't paying attention. I'm sure he's a good attorney for car accidents falls or dog bites, but he's not good with gas leaks he's clueless about that area. A gas leak is more complex and involves a lot more knowledge than a personal car ,fall,animal accident. You have to have knowledge about carbon monoxide. It's nothing compared to a broken bone. He lied and said he did several of these cases and in reality never has done a single one. It's not an insurance claim. Anyone can submit an insurance claim. I would have never hired him to file an insurance claim. I could have done that myself. That's a no brainer. Mr. Braun tried to make a quick dollar and never had my best interest one bit. All I say is do your homework and make sure you know about him before hiring. He has caused me more problems than ever. I have to file reports to the state board and the BBB and where ever I can let anyone know my experience. And now I have to fight to get his lean off of my case he isn't worthy of any profit on my case. He did everything I asked him not to and everything I asked to do he never did.
