First visit was good, heard our concerns and my son got through the visit. He had to do some labs and a telehealth appointment was made to discuss the results. The telehealth appointment was a disaster. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes from the start time with the staff insisting Stephanie Fluitt, PA-C would join. While waiting, I was kicked out of the telehealth room, I rejoined, and patiently waited. Ended up wasting 45 minutes waiting, and left the telehealth room. I get a text saying can i rejoin, by then! was in an online class session. If you're going to schedule a telehealth call, at least have the actual time blocked out for the telehealth call. I was patient, as I was told the doctor was with other patients, but still waiting 45 minutes is not good. At 15-20 minutes, | personally think the staff and doctor should have just rescheduled the telehealth call. especially since it near their closing time. Professionalism, Courtesy, and Patience goes both ways. As well, if you're going to send a text message to a patient or the parent of a patient, at least have the courtesy to state their proper name in the text message. A few hours later, I received a text message from the (clinical manager)about the late appointment, but to be honest, that text message had the wrong name and some random message about a tour (why would I need that-l've been to the office), so again professionalism and courtesy not given.

My previous doctor treated me like a number, Dr. Soliman is the complete opposite, he actually cares and I'm so thankful that I was able to switch to Dr. Soliman. The clinic is great as well, appointments are always on time, they always answer their phones, and the office handles prior authorizations with urgency. Overall 10/10 for Dr. Soliman and the special care clinic. If you're looking for a new doctor, you found him! Thank you!

His front desk person was very kind and asked how my day was going and was all business regarding my appointment. My nurse who took my vitals was kind, personable and professional, and Dr. Jones greeted me with a handshake while looking me in the eye, asking how I was feeling and doing today. He took the time to ask about my life and whether I was retired or working etc. Dr. Jones was very productive with our time, and he promised me that he and I will travel through my medical care together, and explained what would be expected of me and what he and his office will be doing for me. Dr. Greggory Jones has been my Primary Care Physician for years - over a decade and a half; as well…read moreas that of my wife, mother, and aunt. This is one of the few times in a Yelp where I am at a loss for things to say, because I have so many *good* things to say about him. Granted - no man is a superman. Even doctors have their limits as to what they can do for their patients - but what Dr. Jones IS... is patient, easygoing and insightful; as well as competent in his knowledge and advice. He even has a dry sense of humor that kind of comes out and at you out of left field at the most surprising times. What he's NEVER been in the time he's been my doctor, is pushy or over insistent on a particular test or procedure or point of view. He's always stated his hunches... his suspicions..and his medical opinions to me and my family as if we were human beings with a brain. We've never felt talked down to or patronized in any way, shape or form. Something the wife and I really like is that we've never felt rushed in his office. When either one of us, or both, are there - we are his sole focus. He's attentive and helps us to feel like we are all partners in our health care. If he doesn't know something - he's not afraid to say so, and to find out more information to discuss during a later visit - or to give a referral to another Doctor, specialist or other resource where we can find more answers. He works out of Beaver Advantage in Redlands, tucked away in a nice little residential neighborhood. The place has a cozy but friendly feel to it, and the staff is always friendly. Granted - sometimes you have to wait, but such is the lot of those of us in managed care; and besides - the office and waiting rooms are comfy. My only minor complaint is that sometimes his own staff can be a bit "bubble headed" when it comes to keeping some of the necessary forms on file (aka I've had to fill out the HIPA form to allow my wife access to my medical records probably around three times now) - but it's certainly not enough to remove s star. If you get a chance - do try to choose Dr. Jones as one of your primary care physicians - he honestly seems to care; and unfortunately, that kind of thing is becoming more and more rare these days. Oh - as an interesting side note.. He kinda has a passing resemblance to the actor.. Hugo Weaving. Whenever he walks into the room I expect him to go... "Greetings... Mr. Anderson... Its time for your exam...".

Then I spoke to a nurse who said she could schedule me but I needed to register first. Was passed to the registration department and guided through that process. Then, was passed back to the scheduler who said that he isn't accepting new patients. When I asked why I needed to register as a new patient in order to find out that he isn't accepting new patients, they didn't have a good answer. Just makes me wonder how good they are at handling other administrative processes that could be more life threatening like lab results and other paperwork.

I was hospitalized for my condition which can be fatal but they didn't care. They don't care about their patients or people.
