Dean(nurse) & Lindsey(PA) are great. I've seen Lindsey several times. I've never once felt rushed, even when they're incredibly busy. Please do not bring your babies or children here!!! I came here for my 8month old son and they sent me home with recommendations to give him "1-2 teaspoons of honey every 2-4 hours". HONEY IS NOT ALLOWED FOR BABIES UNDER 12 MONTHS. I am lucky enough to know this, but some parents do not and trust doctors blindly. I called and asked them if they really gave me discharge instructions to give him honey. They said "oh that's just an autofill from our system" and I said, "that's absolutely no excuse. Your negligence could have seriously harmed someone's baby. These are instructions YOU provided. Who is reviewing them?" While I understand the staff may have done it accidently. That accident could have cost someone their baby. Absolutely gross negligence and oversight by the staff here. read more

It seems like this place needs to learn a little bit about professionalism. People come in so vulnerable because they are sick and not feeling well and the walls are so thin that you even hear the physicians bad mouthing patients with the nurses. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The front desk receptionist working today 02/07 was extremely rude![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My dad was requesting a copy of his medical records from his visit for today after Lindsey the PA told us we can get them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The receptionist kept telling us that his after visit summary is the only thing he is able to obtain. We clearly told her we wanted a copy of the providers notes and she said the only way to get that would be through my dad's primary care physician requesting it from them and that we are not able to request his medical records or obtain a copy from them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told her under HIPAA he legally is allowed access to HIS chart and records and if there's a process we need to follow from their medical records department to get them to let us know. Once I told her it's illegal she immediately said we could come in once the providers done with the notes and get a copy and it's a $15 fee. Luckily, I work in healthcare and was able to advocate for my dad, however, what about others who are wanting to request their medical records? What does she tell them? I just don't understand why she was being so hostile and unwilling to help. I really think she needs to be educated on HIPAA and the law...it was extremely unethical on her part. read more

I can never remember all of the meds I take, but Stephanie was able to access the Walgreens database and went through all of them one by one with me.
