They even apologized profusely despite it not being their fault at all. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a medical facility where patients expect timely service and accountability. I understand that clinics can get busy, but leaving patients waiting for extended periods without explanation--and abandoning the front desk entirely--reflects very poor customer service. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to others.

The doctor spoke very limited English, so it was hard to understand him and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I don't think he fully understood my explanation of how the injury happened (repetitive use of heavy landscape tools at work). The final report has clear errors: it lists a "left shoulder fracture" and "left shoulder sprain" when my injury is 100% right shoulder. No left-side pain, no left exam, no left imaging. Everything from Kaiser (ER and MRI) confirms right only. The restrictions (no right arm use) were correct, but the wrong-side diagnosis is concerning for my claim. Staff was okay, check-in was quick enough, but the language barrier and mistakes in the report made the visit stressful. If you need precise documentation for work or insurance, I would go somewhere else or request a different provider. 3/12/2026 visit.
