After all the fees, taxes, etc., it was over $800. One quick google search, called Car-X, and it was $611 including all fees, for a higher rated tire. Wait...it gets better. This was a Saturday morning. I called them around 10:30, in the shop at 11:15 and done by 1:00...... on a Saturday with no appointment. Wait, it gets better. The manager called me about a "should repair" if I drive a lot of miles, but not critical or unsafe. We agreed to hold off till this fall. Great service, easy in and out, no pressure. Just a great experience all around.

I booked an appointment for 1 pm for friday and i notified in advance that i will be using a coupon for oil change that i received for their location on Ashland. I arrived at 12:30 and the gentleman at the counter told me that there are a lot of cars ahead of me. and im like sure i can wait. Then the gentleman looked at the coupon and right after that made all a whole list of excuses. said the best he can do is 59 dollars for an oil change. I had to wait on their counter for 25 minutes while he said he was going to figure 1: We don't do basic oil changes 2: we are having issues with these coupons 3: we the best we can do is 59 dollars 4: we only carry synthetic 5: talks to his manager for 20 minutes on the phone so they can see if they can honor the coupon My best guess is that they wanted to not do oil changes and get rid of me. you don't have to be this dishonest. They could have justcalled and cancelled the appointment beforehand. that would have saved me a trip to your location. Just over all dishonesty and greed driving their business model I wouldn't trust my car with the folks in this branch and neither should you. they don't honor their word

Terrible customer service. I have paid my car loan every month. Three weeks prior the payment being…read moredue and paying basically double on the loan to pay it off early. I get a notice in the mail saying my payment is late. Excuse me! How the f is my payment late when I basically pay double every month and have been paying it three weeks before it's due. Plus I am paid up almost 2.5 yrs on the loan. If your people actually looked at the date the loan was taken out, the amount left on it, and when the loan matures they would see I am not behind on payments. I only owe $2k and the loan is not due to mature/be paid off for another 2.5 yrs. Your math ain't nothing! So it's my fault you applied the last five payments incorrectly. BS. I made you back them out to fix them, remove the additional interest, remove the late fee. Because of this I paid the loan off right that moment. This better not have affected my perfect credit as NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE F's with my credit. Trust me I will be checking and if it has you will fix it after your third ass chewing. I have been through hell and back, lived through hard times, sacrificed to make sure my bills have always been paid on time before I ate to keep my credit good. I can get a loan anywhere if I need one! I do not recommend this credit union at all. I have had now three terrible interactions there. I'd give a negative ten instead of a one star if I could!

I don't want salt and snow on my Impala because I want to keep it nice. The insurance department says it's an ineligible vehicle to put storage insurance on. Why should I pay for all the insurance on my vehicle when I don't drive it for three months in the winter. Flipping stupid. Guess I will just pay it off when I get my bonus and say F U Trustone. You'll make less money off of me. I will never do business with you again nor will I ever recommend you to anyone.

Although we had all paperwork detailing her name change and our new address, they would not open the account because her physical social security card and new driver's license were not in hand. We had the government-issued temporary documents, but we're still turned away. Since then, they've put in a "business deposit only" lane that not only takes priority, but even when the bank is empty the teller will make you back up and use another lane if you happen to pull into the poorly marked stage. There is another branch about a mile up the road. I suggest you use it if you're a US Bank customer. Much more friendly and helpful staff.
