You can't get any information, it's such a backwards site and trying to find certain things such as upcoming payments took me 25 minutes to find. It's just a joke and I know websites, I have developed them. When I needed customer service, I got somebody from the Philippines who could barely speak English. If you pay extra towards your loan, they automatically extend your next month's payment instead of applying the extra amount towards your actual loan amount. They had never stated that. It was just the worst thing I ever went through. I could go on about other issues, but I'm not going to waste my time

If I call for help on a weekend or bank holiday I reach a call center in the Philippines. And they can't find my account either, although they don't mind making wait while they try to search. Their ATMs are terrible too. Twice, at on -site BMO ATMs, the machines rebooted mid transaction. I had to call to confirm that the transaction completed. Also, MANY times the ATMs fail transactions after all user inputs. And they don't seem to care

I couldn't drive my kids to school the the next day without touching the fab to the push button. They claim they had no idea- even though they had the vehicle for 14 days. So I purchased a new battery for it. Then the tire sensor light went on. Now day 2. I then realized it had four different tires on. The locking lug nut missing on a few. Day 3- service engine soon light went on. took it to autozone to code it and it needed a new catalyst converter. We then had to drive it over an hour back to dealership to have them fix it. Yes they fixed it- but they lied about the timeline and who would be servicing it. I then went to purchase 4 all new tires since I was told how horrible it is to have different tires on an and vehicle for its suspension- it swayed horribly when I went over any bumps- and was told that all 4 tire sensors were removed/missing. Another $380 needed. This was THE worst used vehicle experience. I would NOT recommend.

Luis immediately took a video of the car and sent it to me. Jack made sure the deal took place as agreed upon. They also arranged enclosed shipping. Jeanette, the office manager, was also very good on follow-up after I contacted her. The car was excellent in every respect upon arrival. Note that this would have been a five star rating if documents had been handled a little more quickly. Full payment was electronically transferred on January 16th, but title wasn't mailed until February 17th. Due to weather, I didn't actually receive it until February 23rd. I had to do a lot of explaining to avoid the late registration penalty at Arizona DOT. Nevertheless, I would have no reluctance to do business again with this company. I'm already feeling the urge for a slightly used Alpina B8 in a couple of years...
