After I met with Dr. Glaser I knew I was in great hands. I explained to him what I was feeling and what would trigger my pain. He did an exam and immediately knew where the pain was coming from and what needed to be done. IT WAS MY NERVES! He advised for me to get 2 Medial Branch Blocks and if they were both successful then a Radiofrequency Ablation would need to be performed. I did all 3 and I feel amazing! I can say he is one of the few doctors that I trust with my medical care and that I would highly recommend to my family and friends or anyone seeking pain management. He hasn't gotten rid of me though because now I am starting migraine treatment with him. The office is beautiful. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful ladies at front desk. Huge thanks to Leslie for always squeezing me in and answering all of my questions and to Lisa for always making my check-in process easy. Upon meeting him i advised him of past experiences with opiates and my concern that was met with a standoffish stance from Naveed, only speaking my truth. I didn't ask for medication. After going through the motions on my end with epidurals with Naveed, I had a surgery at Tova with an outside surgeon. I was advised by my designated post surgery guardian that while in the waiting room, a conversation between Mr. Natanzi and the surgeon was clearly overheard. Which in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 CFR 164.510(b) isn't legal. Mr. Natanzi was asked by the surgeon what he should prescribe me, to which Mr. Natanzi stated "Don't, he's a drug addict". Which was all heard from the waiting room in the lobby of Tova Surgical Center. A phone conversation was had between Mr. Natanzi and myself upon hearing of this which is vehemently denied ever occurring. Mr.Natanzi called back 20 minutes following the initial denial, apologizing saying he shouldn't have said the above statement. With that being said, this is 30 minutes upon leaving the center, post surgery. If anybody has a question, this should be all you need to see about the type of care expressed by Mr. Natanzi.

I dreaded going to sleep knowing that in the middle of the night my flare ups would begin and I would get no sleep. Since I have met Dr. Nevo, for the first time in my life I feel hopeful. I've seen doctors in the past since my accident from June of 2024 and not one doctor that I have met has made me feel taken care of. Not only am I feeling better due to the treatment I am receiving but I love that Dr. Nevo is so empathetic and supportive. He's never in a rush to get through the appointment and he addresses all your concerns.The one time I started to not feel well again due to the medication not working and he heard of my pain, he immediately scheduled an appointment over the phone to discuss what was going on.
