State Farm has been unresponsive and 7+ days later, I'm still waiting for my claim to be reviewed. The office has been of no help. When I call, they do nothing but give me the phone number for claims and forward me to a voicemail box for a person who doesn't respond. Prior to switching to this office, I had worked with another State Farm agent who was wonderful. In the past, that office helped me file a claim after a similar storm, and handled the entire process, guiding me along the way.
