Instead, they just marked everything as approved and processed in the system, but the money never arrived when it was due. This is not the first time my pay has been messed up, and it is not the first time Acumen has caused me to be late on my bills. They are messing with people's livelihoods and they simply do not care. Caregivers have bills to pay and cannot afford these dishonest payroll games. The state seriously needs to get involved and audit this company.
