I called Michael from Woodson after being referred. Michael had assured me he could help me and my…read morepartner, that things were not as bad as I feared. We then spent weeks connecting our accounts and providing information for Michael, concluding by paying $500 and receiving our budget which said that we could meet all our expenses and still have around 500$ left over every month. However, each time we looked into the budget we found more and more errors and missing information which led us to realize that the budget provided was not accurate. For example, how could we trust that we would have 500$ left over every month when our 700$ HOA payments were not accounted for in the budget. Furthermore, the website used by this company does not accurately categorize expenses and relies on the user to manually go through and correct all entries putting them in the correct category. In summary, Woodson is a company that will blow smoke up your ass and tell you you are doing great but then fails to accurately represent your income and expenses. I went to Woodson hoping to stop living paycheck to paycheck but left still living this way. It was a tremendous waste of time and money. I recommend finding help elsewhere and if you do decide to go with Woodson, do the math and double check their work.

Please do not open a bank account there. This bank is so outdated and will never help you…read more 1- their software is not fair for their employees. I took me about 2 hours or more to open this bank account. 2- Mistakes happens and someone made a mistake on my social security number which caused the bank to close my account. 3- I called to chase my money...the level of customer service is the lowest level I have ever seen in my entire life. I was put on hold, calls got dropped with no call back on their end. I asked to speak to a manager to let them know my check was mailed to the wrong address, I got the gate keeper who told me we can escalate your request and some one will call you within 5 business days . 4- my account got closed, my money was sent out to the wrong address and no one can help me..and I do not want to waste any more of my time with them..so I am letting about $1000 go because there is no one to help. 5- did I mentioned that when I told the branch employee what happened, he had the most none caring personality in the entire world...I am so shocked that business like this still exist. Please go to reputable bank and save your time.
