Sherrill, he just come back from Hawaii. I had a head cold, and I could certainly understand all about jet lag & and was body adjusting to the time change. The second time I called them about an enrolled agent and spoke to Sherrill, it was clear she was overwhelmed with too much work and did not want to work with me. I don't remember exactly what she said, but was something like yeah I have about 10 of you guys to work with etc. And something that was gonna cost me an extra $250.00 for contacting CA FTB. I owe the California FTB money. It was very clear. She's the only one there very busy doesn't really wanna work. I get it when you are a small business owner and are starting out and you're the only person to do more detailed things. My suggestion is to get more enrolled agents to help clients that came to you before. That's what you guys advertised and you should follow up on it.. poor quality and poor value is what you offer
