"a forgetful and utterly incompetent assistant" DO NOT TRUST Justin Aller. Awful experience with an incapable and disconnected insurance agency. I am writing this review because of the ongoing problems I had with this agency, not just a one time problem. In January of 2024 I sent an email to justin@allerinsurancedenver.com (which is still, to this day, the email address provided on the State Farm app) to cancel my car insurance. No response. Sent a follow-up email a week later. Again, no response. I had to call the State Farm number where they told me to contact my agent and I told them he doesn't respond to me. They cancelled my car insurance. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I don't think the process should be this tedious. In November of 2023 I reached out about filing a hospital claim since I had the Hospital Income Policy. I just wanted the documents explaining what my policy covered, which I could not access on the website or app. No response from Justin Aller, had to call the corporate number for that as well. Then, in October 2024, I reached out to cancel this Hospital Income Policy. No response, surprise. I reached out again in December, no response. I called his office, finally talked with someone in the office. I was told they would cancel and refund my money. Still have no refund! Reached out in January, talked to someone on the phone, told me it was taken care of. But somehow I still have no refund, no response to a single email explaining how to refund will happen. No proof of the refund process being started. Nothing to confirm a single step of action leaving me to believe this agency suffers from incompetence. I was told that the email I have been emailing (which I got from the app) is not Justin's email....so for over a year he has had the wrong email linked on the State Farm app.....guys, this is the definition of incompetence. This agency has shown me that they do not have the necessary skills to successfully tend to my basic needs as a customer. This guy is a joke.
