I am the very happy owner of a sparkly new car, except I was dreading the experience of going through more negotiations and comparative research when it came to getting insurance. While I was very happy with the previous year of coverage with Barrett Bartels, the person I talked to a year ago has moved on to a better position and no longer works at that office. I don't always trust people responsible for selling me a product or service, so I was wary that the new representative would try to squeeze every last dollar for coverage. Curtis didn't do this - he listened to my situation and despite the whole office being backed up and having issues from a messed up internet connection, he took care of things immediately and even contacted me over details I had no idea existed, and ended up saving me a little more money. Finally (and this is what clinched the deal), I always do extra research before making a decision. So I put out a few quote requests... And some of them came back at more than double the offered rate from Curtis. More than double. Seriously. Not sure how this place does it, but I'm very happy and grateful. Ask for Curtis, he rocks! p.s. I was in a huge rush the day I called to accept the coverage, and told Curtis that I was on my way over and could he please have the new proof of insurance ready for me so that I could get to the DMV before the ridiculously early 4:30 cut-off time. There are about 8-10 other families in our culdesac that needed new roofs and a few of them are fighting with their insurance companies.
