Dr Snyder met him, ran tests, and treated him til the end of his life. My father in law was severely antisocial, not crazy, and if not for Dr Snyder he would have been locked up at the VA on horrible meds and separated from his family, and all his money depleted "for his own good." Instead he had care attendants at home when needed just to help him do things and could live most of the rest of his life in freedom & comfort at home. The social worker threatened Dr Snyder as well as my father in law's atty, basically threatening to destroy their livelihoods, but Dr Snyder stuck up for my father in law. In the first instance, I made an appointment for an annual checkup but when I arrived Dr. Hassid told me his office only scheduled 30 minutes and he needed an hour so I had to reschedule. However, I was charged for this visit and it took me multiple calls back and forth to get it sorted out. Then when I went to his office for the rescheduled annual exam, he charged me hundreds of dollars for a preventative appointment that should have been fully covered by insurance. His office said the reason for this was that he provided additional services, which in reality was just him asking me a couple of generic questions about previous visits of mine. I recommend looking for doctors with more honest billing practices.

Both of them thoroughly answer all of my questions even if it takes quite some time with them in the office. I never feel rushed and I always leave feeling like I have so much more knowledge than when I first came in. The staff is not only professional, but also very sweet and kind, and I always feel welcomed. I also love the fact that they are very cautious and particular with spacing the patients out for adequate time for the safety of us and them selves during covid times. Recently my daughter had Covid and of course as a new parent I was extremely worried and honestly I was freaking out! I called during a time when Dr. Wong was not in the office. I had reached their answering service and had told the woman on the phone that I really needed to speak with him and if he could call me as soon as he was available. To my surprise, Dr. Wong called me quite soon after and walked me through all of the steps I needed to take in taking care of my little one and what to look out for.
