I first started with my right eye, and when I was finished, I had to wait a few minutes b4 another tech showed up to test my left eye. This was concerning and unacceptable. Medical verbal abuse and inappropriate behavior conducted by Dr. Neil Notaroberto, when he told me that I was dropped off at his doorstep. He also got visibly irritated when I asked about AMD & Macular Degeneration. His response was I will get confused, and that I don't have that. His bedside manner is unprofessionally disturbing. My visit was on Tuesday the 16th of May 2023, and as of Wednesday the 17th of May 2023, he is no longer my doctor. The very next day, I notified Eyecare 20/20, of my intentions. We had to go to another doctor and now surgery is needed to fix the problem that was obvious in all the ex rays. The nurses there couldn't even put a cast on correctly we had to ask the doctor to do it cause the first cast was but on where it cut into his hand. You will sit in the waiting room for up to 2 hours before you are even called into the back, and there you spend another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. If you go there it is an all day appointment. His office manager is inept in correctly any problem. It takes days for them to call you back with an answer to any question or billing problem. There billing department is in Baton Rouge and if they don't feel like answering the phone they don't or put you on hold. This kind of care is unacceptable in todays age of medicine.
