For example, to persuade clients to purchase tooth-cleaning tools and merchandise, to persuade clients to accept some (but may be not necessary) treatments without telling the cost, such as laser treatment at a very expensive personal cost (only two teeth were needed but four teeth were treated); to sell HYDRO FLOSS that used to make my teeth bleed every time; to take X-ray photos (with a new machine different from that for annual tooth X-ray) after completing tooth clearance WITHOUT explanation before and after but I was asked to pay the full cost (which the insurance did NOT cover). They made a mistake on a bill and when questioned about it they got all defensive, tried to blame everyone else and said they were doing me a favor billing insurance. It was a $50 dispute and when I offered to go halves, she told me that it would be better if I found another dentist.
