I had an appointment at 3 pm. I made this appointment a month and a half ago because I hadn't caught my period for two months. THANKFULLY, my pcp did a blood test the week I called to schedule the appointment and said I wasn't pregnant, but stated I needed to keep my appointment to follow up so they can help get to the bottom of why I have not had a menstruation. Either way, I got there at 2:55pm, sat down and worked on my laptop, and waited until 4:10pm. I still wasn't even called into a room or asked to pee in a cup. I worked in a medical office before 30 mins tops should be the wait in the waiting room. I stood up, packed my work , and went to the front desk and crossed my name off the list. I told the girl an hour wait with the office full was ridiculous, and she gave a sort of a giggle. No apology, no explanation, I guess she doesn't get paid enough to give a f**k about patients and their frustration over the terrible service. I believe when your dealing with someone's health you should have consideration. Don't over book where you have patients waiting so long. You would think right?. Now I have to call my insurance and tell them to make sure these people don't charge for a visit I showed up to but was never seen and find a new doctor. I rather travel an hour to get to an appointment knowing I'll be seen on the spot, then walk 10 mins not knowing when the hell I'm going to be seen. Stay away from this place.

Only giving a star because I can't leave a zero. Had the audacity to charge $50 to fill out a work related document (physical). Of course didn't tell me about the fee til after the fact. Avoid this place at all costs.

First appt was great, smooth no problems , all went smooth. Dr Iakovou is great. Personable,…read moreinformative, seemed very knowledgeable. After this it goes down hill for the office. After waiting for over a week for phone call with results that should have been back in 3 days and next steps and when I called was put on hold to only be told they have the results and asked when would I like to come in. When calling the office the answering machine they use is an absolute waste of time. I've been to the office for 3 appts now and each time there is at least 3 people by the front desk all just talking amongst themselves. Why is not one of them answering the phone calls of their patients? No problem if it's busy and it has to go to machine but I've yet to see that office busy. My last appt the doctors assistant must have taken off as he was handling things all himself. Again at least 3 employees sitting at front desk. After appt he was to send a prescription into my pharmacy and have another office contact me for my next steps. 2 days later I go to pharmacy to no prescription and wrote it off to him having no help that day. So I call and get a young man who asked me what type of the med I was to get. I told him I have no idea as to which one the doctor wanted me to use. He told me he would have the doctor call me back. A week later and nothing. So I call again and get the same young man who doesn't remember our call from a week prior. But now all of a sudden there is something prescribed in my chart and he again asks me if that's what I want. I again requested the doctor call me to verify. I get an arrogant voicemail the next day from the doctor telling me the prescription was called in the day of my last visit and proceeds to tell me what it is. His office is not telling him what's going on. They do nothing proactively it seams to be all reactionary. I still am waiting for the other office to call me. There machines message feels like it's over a minute long before starting options and you still don't get 0 for operator, of course that's not an option cause the front office don't want to do a damn thing. It's a shame cause it seams like it could be ran so much more efficiently and respectfully with a little more involvement from the senior people.

He allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions. I came here for an annual check up. I've had chronic issues with breathing. Dr. Lander also specializes in allergies, so I took the allergy test shots to see what I was allergic too. The process was long, but throughout the whole process Dr. Lander and his medical assistant were very kind and patient. If you're planning to take the test, I would day allot about an hour for all the testing and questions. I asked a bunch of questions and they were addressed. During my visit, there was another patient next door that appeared to have an episode of something and from what I could hear was vomiting. Although Dr. Lander was helping me and was abruptly interrupted by the very sick patient, he hurried to the next room to see what was wrong. The way he handled the situation and at the same time, letting me know he hasn't forgotten about me was handled really well. I would most definitely be coming back to Dr. Lander's office for future appointments. In addition, there is a small parking area that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Otherwise, the street parking around the area isn't too bad.
