Now she's waiting for her refund and she has to wait 2 weeks for there mistakes she should had never been approved but they did and now she has to wait for ever for her refund i will not remove this until she gets her refund back . she shouldn't have to wait for billing to take there time for a problem she didn't create. And nobody can give her definitive time or date for her refund to be applied to her card. For the agent and billing management to say she has to wait is easy for them because there not the ones going through the problem but for the customer its a head ache NOT FAIR..... I called here on 03/04/2026 and spoke to a very kind representative who took all of my personal information for myself, spouse, and home for a homeowners insurance quote. I would be told it would take a couple of days to get a quote back which I said was not an issue but said my homeowners is up for renewal on 04/06/2026. By 03/23/2026 I still heard nothing (almost 20 days later) and called in to ask on the status of the quote. They apologized for the delay and said it was on the managers desk. I stated again my insurance policy renews on 04/06/2026 and they said it would not be a problem that they were working on it. It is now 04/07/2026 and this insurance company has not called me back at all. They were more than happy to take all my personal information, such as my social security number, date of birth, and other sensitive information yet never even provided me with a quote. If there was not a lot of positive reviews for this company, I would be concerned I was scammed out of my personal information, but then again those reviews could be fake as I have had a less than optimal experience.

That was until a friend recommended Mike at Malpigli & Associates. He spent at least half an hour on the phone with me explaining all of my coverage and what each was meant to cover. He showed me that high deductibles are not always the best value and showed me where my coverage could use some improvement and where what I had was good. It became clear pretty quickly that if you only spend 15 minutes on your insurance you are probably missing something important. He took all of my information, explained how the companies underwrite and what they all look for. He promised to get back to me in an hour or two and he called me back in half an hour with rates from three companies that were less than what I was paying with lower deductibles and higher coverage. He recommended a company I had never heard of but came to realize is a great company. (Utica National) He saved me $848 over Geico lowered my deductibles and tripled my coverage. He also gave me rates for Travelers, Hartford and Progressive but Utica was the best for me. He said he would "squish the lizard" and boy did he! If you're getting ready to pay your car insurance do yourself a BIG favor and call Mike at Malpigli and Associates. You'll be glad you did. I know I am.
