I was recommended to see Stephen about some problems I was having with 3 Allstate policies I had…read morepurchased. Both my wife and I arrived for our appointment about 15 minutes early. We entered the office and was met by his office staff. When I tell you these three women, which are part of the office staff, made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We chatted and talked for awhile, then saw Stephen. We sat down in his luxurious office and went over the problems we were having. This man is very personable, pleasant and takes his time explaining things and does not try to rush you at all. He took over an hour in explaining, resolving and fixing the problems we were having. I have dealt with a few insurance agents but we have never been treated this well. If you have an insurance issue or are looking for someone for new insurance needs, he is the person to see. You will definitely feel "AT HOME" , when you visit his business office.

Unbelievably professional and helpful. I've never dealt with a broker for my insurance before…read morehaving always had my insurance with Geico and before that Allstate. That was until a friend recommended Mike at Malpigli & Associates. He spent at least half an hour on the phone with me explaining all of my coverage and what each was meant to cover. He showed me that high deductibles are not always the best value and showed me where my coverage could use some improvement and where what I had was good. It became clear pretty quickly that if you only spend 15 minutes on your insurance you are probably missing something important. He took all of my information, explained how the companies underwrite and what they all look for. He promised to get back to me in an hour or two and he called me back in half an hour with rates from three companies that were less than what I was paying with lower deductibles and higher coverage. He recommended a company I had never heard of but came to realize is a great company. (Utica National) He saved me $848 over Geico lowered my deductibles and tripled my coverage. He also gave me rates for Travelers, Hartford and Progressive but Utica was the best for me. He said he would "squish the lizard" and boy did he! If you're getting ready to pay your car insurance do yourself a BIG favor and call Mike at Malpigli and Associates. You'll be glad you did. I know I am.
