I couldn't imagine a worse experience when it comes to just about everything you would expect from a laundromat. The lady(who described herself as the sister-in-law of the owner) was very rude and not helpful at all. If anything, it seemed like she took pleasure in seeing me struggle. I was born in this town, I work downtown as a professional, and I have absolutely no reason to give someone an undeserved bad review. Then again that lady had no reason to give me an undeserved bad attitude. I stand by my words.

Every time a technician comes out, there's always "another issue" or "another part" needed. Nothing actually gets resolved. It feels like a constant loop designed to delay rather than fix the problem. The office staff is just as concerning. The customer service is extremely unprofessional--dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright disrespectful. Instead of focusing on actually fixing the issue, they constantly try to push me into buying a completely new, expensive unit. What really crossed the line is how obvious the sales pressure is. When they can't make a sale, their attitude shifts--and at times it even feels like they're laughing it off, which is completely inappropriate given the situation. I've also been told parts are "unavailable," yet I've found the same parts online for half the price. That raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency. On top of that, their position in the Central Valley feels like a monopoly. With limited competition, it seems like they have the power to upsell services, inflate costs, and push unnecessary replacements instead of offering real solutions. That imbalance shows in how customers are treated. At this point, I've had to escalate the issue directly to the manufacturer because something clearly isn't right. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been exhausting, expensive, and completely avoidable with a company that actually values its customers.

Was told maybe 2 days or a month to get the parts in. This was the same problem 5 years ago when we had the same problem. So I don't know when my system will back working since they had to bypass the unit. So service is excellent but lacking in keeping what the customer needs to keep their unit working. Parts should be in stock especially the ones that shut down the unit. I give 5 stars for the technician and 1 star for the company not keeping the customer in mind. As soon as my call was complete someone should have this part ordered and the repair be scheduled. We will see. Last time this happened it took two weeks to get repaired.

I was able to find the replacement part on eBay for a reasonable price, install it myself, and now our washer works perfectly. What really impressed me was their honesty and professionalism. Many companies will still charge you even if they can't figure out the problem. The Appliance Guys, however, were willing to forgo payment if they couldn't diagnose the issue. That level of integrity is exactly why we chose their company, and we're glad we did.
