Every time I have ever been in this store, only shopping for shoes, I have never been able to get my size. They do not and will not stock ladies size 8 and men's size 7 shoes. I was actually suggested by a sales person to just get the next size up/down. my shoe size is NOT negotiable. I have enquired about this many times, and have on one occasion talked to the owner directly. The most consistant answer I have received was "We have a lot of people coming in and looking for those sizes, but not enough people wear them to stock them" have been told this twice. So apparently they have lots of people coming in and enquiring about sizes they do not wear?! or are all the sales people talking customers into buying a size larger or smaller than their actual size? As a business owner myself, I have no problem passing on this info to every single one of my customers as well!! Also have no problem driving into the Edmonton, to get the service and selection every consumer deserves.

The brand is My Pakage and the material was very soft and they have a keyhold comfort technology. The price was reasonable at $24 so I bought a pair for my husband. As I made my way to pay, I noticed jewelry around the cash area and also a clearance section at the back of the store. I had a quick peek but didn't buy anything else. The staff were friendly. If I lived in GP, I may stop by this store to splurge on myself when I was looking for comfortable home clothes or pjs.

I have never met a store owner so rude in all of my life! It's one thing to say "No, thank you, that's not what we are looking for", and another thing to sneer from across the room in front of other customers and staff and make your potential customer feel embarrassed and humiliated. I had no idea what you do and don't take to sell. I'll never go back and will tell others of my experience as well! If you are selling second hand items, perhaps being a little less uppity would help. What an awful experience :(

I was prepared to hold out till I went down to Vancouver for Spence diamonds but we are happy with our choice, Marley was great. UPDATE: We ended up getting our engagement ring, two wedding bands and a necklace. I priced around and they are quite competitively priced. I ended up sending a coworker to get her ring fixed as well.
